Pros:

Everything clean and organized. I wasn't expecting the room and bathroom so clean. The front desk clerks make me feel so welcome when I checked in and checked out. It was the talk of the day at my job. Very friendly.

Cons:

Just that the side door was opened. For security purposes I believe like other hotels the room key should open the side door.

El trato de personal que atiende en el desayuno.

Cons:

Los colchones muy aguados, al igual que las almohadas, ya se perciben muy usados.
El ruido de otras habitaciones muy molesto en la noche.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff was A +. The lady that was running the cafe!!! Was the top! Never have I encountered a woman with that much spunk and a great smile everyday, and loving her job.
And a complimentary breakfast as good as this. Have not been to Laredo in 20 years, much has changed and was ther for my Uncle’s funeral, stayed 5 days and hated to leave, be because of breakfast!
Best empanada I have ever tasted besides my godmother’s. Advice do not loose her! On my Travels back I will not stay anywhere else!
