ich möchte eine offizielle Beschwerde zu meiner Buchung im City Hotel West einreichen und bitte um vollständige Rückerstattung des bezahlten Betrags.

Bei meiner Ankunft war das Zimmer in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und roch stark. Zudem fehlte ein sauberer Bettbezug, und insgesamt war das Zimmer nicht bewohnbar. Unter diesen Umständen war es mir nicht möglich, dort zu übernachten.

Ich habe mehrfach mit dem Personal gesprochen und um ein sauberes Zimmer gebeten. Mir wurde jedoch gesagt, dass keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar seien und alle Zimmer im gleichen Zustand seien.

Da ein Aufenthalt dort unmöglich war, musste ich kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen. Ich bitte daher um eine vollständige Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung und eine schnelle Bearbeitung meiner Anfrage.

Worst hotel, in the worst neighborhood, with dirty sheets and a smelly lobby. I want my money back.

Nothing this was the worst experience of my life. 80 euro for a soiled bed, cracked walls, smoke filled lobby. I literally slept clothed as it was so nasty and dirty.

Das Bett war komplett schmutzig. Auf dem Bezug und der Decke waren viele Flecken. Auch hatten wir zu zweit nur ein kleines Kissen und eine Decke. Allgemein war das Zimmer in keinem guten Zustand. Leider überhaupt nichts so wie auf den Fotos.

Everything was below expectation. Worse experience ever. No value for money. Never been to such an old and unkept hotel in my life. The pictures on booking.com are grossly exaggerated and don't give a fair picture of the hotel. Very unsafe neighborhood.

Das Zimmer war extrem unsauber,, nur ein kleines schmutziges Handtuch, Bettwäsche dreckig mit Brandflecken, Zimmer hat extrem nach Rauch gestunken, die Tür zum Bad defekt, Wasserhahn im Bad nicht fest montiert, Deckenlicht im Bad defekt, im Zimmer gab es nur ein Decken licht, drei alte Betten ohne Nachtisch nebeneinander gestellt, es war die ganze Nacht über laut, Die Bilder auf Booking.com haben nichts mit dem aktuellen Zustand des Hotels zu tun. Bei einem Preis von 130 Euro ohne Frühstück war das ganze inakzeptabel.
