Great value for location but hotel is outdated and minimal amenities
Pros:

The location and staff made it a much better experience. Specially Vanesa, she truly helped us and other guest with questions about getting around in public transport , dinning options and safety while out and about .

Limited breakfast, check in staff a bit aloof and two people gave us separate values of City Tax, and bathroom needs a good upgrade in toiletries.

Foi lamentável a experiencia. Chegamos um dia de calor e nenhum ar acondicionado dos quartos funcionava no dia de mais calor em Buenos Aires e sem prespetiva de resolução. Jamais pensaram em colocar sequer ventilador nos quartos de forma emergencial. Falaram que poderiamos ir a outro hotel por nossa conta caso não aceitemos assim o quarto sendo que chegamos pouco antes de medianoite. Além disso falaram que a taxa turista deveria ser obrigatoriamente pagada em pesos por lei mais havendo ido ao outro dia a outro hotel conseguimos pagar com cartão. Entendo que a forma em que o hotel é a presentado em booking não tem relação com a realidade. Fake. Além do todo tem que ficar bem claro para as pessoas que o check out é 10h da manhã e não 12h como é em geral. Quase todo ruim. Ficamos tristes pelas pessoas que tinham que ficar mais dias com uma expectativa falsa da acomodação e como é apresentada em booking. Gostaria que booking permita que as pessoas possam ler esta avaliação
