It is a basic hotel with the price to match.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly from start to finish. The location of the hotel was perfect for both our work and after work. It gave us access to both the office and the downtown area, both within walking distance. If you were going to the beach, you could get there easily from there as well. The rooms and hotel were clean.

Cons:

I cannot say I did not like anything only that I was expecting more from the website of B&B Hotel. The rooms seemed too big for the furniture in them and a little out of date.
