Struttura fatiscente e totalmente inadeguata: esperienza da dimenticare

L'unica, in parte, cosa positiva di questa struttura è la posizione.

Cons:

Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Praticamente tutto.

Partiamo dall’accesso alla struttura: assolutamente inadeguato e per nulla accessibile. Chi utilizza una carrozzina, ha difficoltà motorie o si trova semplicemente infortunato è costretto a utilizzare esclusivamente le scale. Una situazione inaccettabile per una struttura che dovrebbe essere accessibile a tutti.

Le stanze sono in condizioni pessime e mostrano una manutenzione praticamente inesistente: muri sporchi, scrivanie rovinate e quasi rotte, vetri del box doccia fuoriusciti dalle guide, materassi talmente scomodi da essere praticamente inutilizzabili e presenza di muffa. Come se non bastasse, l’acqua della doccia alternava continuamente caldo e freddo, rendendo persino una semplice doccia un’esperienza tutt’altro che piacevole.

Nel complesso, una struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una seria ristrutturazione e soprattutto di una manutenzione molto più attenta. Esperienza pessima e assolutamente sconsigliata.

L’unica nota positiva sono le donne delle pulizie, che fanno evidentemente il possibile e svolgono bene il loro lavoro. Peccato che il loro impegno venga vanificato dalle condizioni generali della struttura.

Sa localisation en particulier.

Cons:

La salle de bain au niveau de la douche qui est vraiment trop petite !
L’absence de parking. À la réservation on fait croire aux clients la possibilité de réserver une place de parking ! Hors vu le nombre d’étage 9 et de chambre par palier , au garage de l’hôtel il y a que 5 places de stationnement ! C’est pas très honnête par rapport aux autres hôtel, car on le choisi justement pour le parking qui n’existe pas en fait !
