More effort could be put in with regard to the breakfast. Stayed over for 2 nights = 2 breakfasts for 2 pax. Both occasions incorrect orders. Sadly, this messed up the overall experience.

Großes Apartment mit Parkplatz
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Kapstadt relativ ruhig. Es gehen hinter und neben dem Haus Straßen vorbei und wie überall in Südafrika gibt es nur eine Einfachverglasung. Wir hatten ein Apartment im 5.Stock mit tollem Ausblick. Die Liegeterrasse vor dem Hotel ist sehr nett, haben wir aber nur 1 x nutzen können. Es gibt eine Garage mit Parkplatz fürs Auto! Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - es war die einzige Unterkunft in 14 Tagen wo es ein Buffet gab! Es ist ein sicherer Stadtteil. Untertags sind wir zu Fuß durch den Park bis an die Uferpromenade spaziert. Sonst ist man mit Uber sehr günstig unterwegs.
Toll war, dass der Kühlschrank mit diversen Getränken gefüllt war (Wein, Bier, Softdrinks, Wasser) und jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt war (Abrechnung nach Verbrauch).

Cons:

Man muss wissen, dass die zwei Schlafzimmer nicht gleichwertig sind. Eines ist kleiner und hat ein Bad mit Dusche. Das andere ist größer und geht auf die Terrasse hinaus und hat auch ein größeres Bad, aber nur mit Wanne. Klimageräte gibt es nur im großen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum. Das kleinere hat kein Gerät! Und bei offenem Fenster hört man schon die Straße.....

Moqueta en el dormitorio… y en la bañera principal no te podías duchar por lo q al final solo tenia una ducha operativa de los 2 baños del apartamento
