Pros:

Convenient, central location
On-site restaurant, pool and gym available
Perceived good value for price
Cons:
Small rooms and beds
Noisy A/C and occasional loud guests/hallway noise

Parking constraints and rigid check-in/payment policy at times

Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Generally described as clean by several guests (instalaciones limpias, clean rooms), but isolated reports of dirty plates left outside rooms and a seriously problematic bathroom with clogged fixtures reduce the score.
Service
8.8
Numerous mentions of friendly, helpful and courteous staff and security; a few comments note front-desk/check-in issues, but overall staff friendliness and helpfulness is a strong positive.
Location
8.6
Multiple guests praised the location as close to everything in San Miguel and convenient; some mention limited parking, but location itself is consistently positive.
Room Quality
6.2
Frequent complaints: small rooms and beds, loud A/C, noisy guests, and several reports of non-working toilets or low/no hot water and poor shower pressure — room quality is a notable weakness.
Amenities
7.3
On-site restaurant, pool and gym are available (gym small, only 1 of 3 treadmills working). Elevator noisy; amenities exist but some are limited or in need of maintenance.
Value for Money
8
Several guests note the hotel is adequate for the price ("esta bien por lo que pague", "sufficient for a quick trip") — generally perceived as good value despite some issues.
Food and Beverage
7.3
Mixed feedback: an in-house restaurant with positive food comments, but breakfast lacked variety (repeated fruits, no sweets/bananas) and reports of no coffee and poor buffet service lower the score.
Overall Experience
7.2
Many guests say they'd stay again and highlight friendly staff and clean rooms, but problems with check-in policy, parking, noise and room/bathroom issues temper the overall experience.
