it was a so so place to stay for a short of overnight stay however if you are on a business trip want to invite you customer or guest at the hotel there is no proper place to attend to them

My experience was not good. I felt it was not family friendly. Also, no hot water.

The stay was worse enough due to the Room neighbors, the rooms were connected and a close door was in between whereas i could hear all the communications and noises and overall neither could sleep at night nor comfortable in the day.

All was good but the lobby needs upgrades also the shower needs upgrade.

This is the worse hotel I have ever been in my life. They have night clubs in most of the floors. We could not sleep most nights. Too noisy and smells bus specially on third floor. Families,stay away from this hotel.

I stay in the Rigga area most of the time when I travel thru dubai, and mostly in hotels near this one. The room was not clean and I was staying at the end of the hallway which leads up to the Shisha lounge with traffic till 4 am. The internet was lousy, and I got charged an additional $30 (70%) of the daily rate for early check in at 9 am. Worst hotel in the area.

It is cheap & terrible hotel. No hot shower even electric kettle for tea or coffee.

it was a good experience. the comfort of accessibility to all types of transport and central location was the key. clean and specious rooms added to that comfort.

Toilet was leaking, staff were very rude. Was unhappy with the way we was treated

Dirty, Smelly, Staff is arrogant, Toilet does not work and the list goes on and on.

Flight 2 hours late .arrived2.30am .Hotel staff most helpful. Arranged coffee etc. good breakfast. Staff arranged taxi without delay in morning.20 minutes to airport

so so very slow in service. WiFi is poor.

location is brilliant the hotel cleanliness let it down I check and find stains and hair on bed sheets

My stay was a good and pleasant one. Hotel was satisfactory and the area was lively surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. Metro station was very close. I will visit again.

Staff is bad n the bathroom it was disgusting.

This hotel is not for family and children, the night club attracts, undesirable characters because of Bollywood dances. Not safe to be in the elevator with the drunks. Dirty rooms, dirty lobby, quality of air in the hotel horrible. Front desk clerk was very rude, not customer service oriented. The morning shift front desk guy was horrible, arrogant and uncivilized.
