Very surprised at this lovely hotel considering the price I paid for it. Good location.
Pros:

The size of the room and the bathroom was good. Location was brilliant as to where I was going that evening. Room very clean. The seed card that you can take away to plant but also a nice reminder to the environment.

Cons:

TV signal was appalling to the point I had to turn off the TV as the noise and the picture was impossible to watch.
AC it was freezing in the room but I had to hunt for the AC control but no then couldn't find instructions on how to turn up the heat, so I gave up and switched it off.

My stay at Ten Hill Place Hotel was truly one of the most special and heart-warming hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for and that is entirely down to the incredible staff.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Ana, Enya, Bethan, Ramen, Sonabhan, Daniel, and Robert. Every single one of them went above and beyond in ways that were thoughtful, personal, and deeply appreciated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble; every request was met with warmth, smiles, and a sincere desire to help.

The rooms were immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully tidy, and wonderfully spacious. Everything felt calm, comfortable, and well cared for, which made our stay even more relaxing. The food was exceptional and the coffee was genuinely some of the best I’ve had, a real highlight and something we looked forward to each day.

They made my stay and my uncle Stan’s stay so special. The kindness shown to us wasn’t just professional hospitality, it felt human, generous, and truly caring. From friendly conversations to going out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and happy, the team created memories we’ll always treasure and are without a doubt a true asset to the hotel ❤️

What really stood out was how approachable and friendly everyone was. It’s rare to find a place where every member of staff makes you feel seen and valued, but that’s exactly what happened here. The atmosphere they create is calm, welcoming, and full of heart.

Thank you all for making our time so memorable. You didn’t just give us a place to stay, you gave us an experience filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. We will absolutely be returning, and we’ll always remember how special you made our time at Ten Hill Place.

Honestly just book here

We had the most amazing stay at The Ten Hill Place. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the atmosphere, the comfort, and the attention to detail were all outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept, and in a perfect location, which made our trip even more special.

A huge special mention to Jonathan, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his warmth and professionalism made such a difference to our stay. Jonathan is an absolute credit to the hotel and played a massive part in making our trip so memorable.

We couldn’t recommend Ten Hill Place enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
