Great location, tucked off of a main road so nice and quite but easy to get around.
The bed was a bit hard and springy.
Great room with view of Arthur’s Seat.
Staff are friendly & professional & made us feel very welcome.
Delicious breakfasts with great selection of offerings to suit all needs.
Good location close to Festival Theatre & Museums & walking distance to Royal Mile etc.
All great.
Loved the breakfast and location of the hotel.

It’s Historic value
Below average , not worth price , no comforts , poor quality of break fast same breakfast four day continuously,
I have a flat around corner and needed a room for
night.
All staff delightful but particular mention of Enya and Jonathan on Reception. Charming and friendly. They were just what I needed after a tough few days moving house.
All positive and future house guests will be directed towards Ten Hill Place.
Conveniently close to the marathon start line
I did not like walking through the restaurant to get to the rooms.
Nice clean room. Good nite's sleep as quiet despite my room overlooking a busy road. Only stayed 1 night so really didn't use facilities much.
Nothing. Its a good quality hotel in a prime location in Edinburgh.
The staff make this hotel exceptional. 10 Hill Place is a beautiful hotel, gives a boutique feel in size, style, and most of all in the familiar welcome and attention to detail of the staff. Location is in walking distance of most attractions, perfect for those on surgical college tourism. The breakfast selection is varied and replenished frequently, the quality of the food on the lunch, dinner, and room service menus did not disappoint one bit! The rooms are modern, stylish, clean, and comfortable. Not at all pokey as some can be. A stay at 10 Hill Place won't disappoint! Shout out to the front desk staff especially Enya and Johnathan.
The staff worked so hard to make the experience exceptional, I can't think of anything I didn't like!
The staff at this lovely quiet hotel are all very friendly and so helpful. We found the hotel to be very clean and modern. There was a good selection at the buffet breakfast and the evening meal menu was very good also. There is a nice bar area for quiet drinks or a small bite to eat. Really cant fault this hotel. Second visit and hope to return soon.
We found nothing that we didnt like.

location
some staff service very rude and the breakfast was horrible
Good property, very well maintained. Has a restaurant which we used on our first night - decent food, but lacked atmosphere as most people eat out (as we did on subsequent nights). We had a superior twin room, and worth the extra for the size of the room. Very comfortable, and quiet - even though we were on the corner overlooking a busy street. Good location - we easily walked everywhere from the hotel.
The lobby/check-in area not very welcoming, we were initially quite disappointed with the hotel - it didn’t make a great first impression. Breakfast also really/too busy - and not up to the quality we’d had in other Scottish hotels (watery gruel isn’t porridge!😉)
