location was good.
The pool was really abrasive, when you used the slide the bottom of the pool was very bumpy and cut my sons knees and my foot. No attendant telling you when to slide and no way to see if the person below you was out of pool. I did not see on the website that they did not have a pool you could swim in only a water slide pool which wasn't a good pool. My room was cleaned before we checked out (before designated check out time by an hour or more) and they threw away over $50 in leftovers and we had to have them search for clothing items that they removed from the room. We did not receive any compensation for this. The tv had very limited choices and the room we selected was not worth the money. Over all a very disappointing experience.

Évidemment, le parc aquatique aquatique a été très apprécié par les enfants durant la relâche scolaire. Autre aspect, le personnel est fort sympathique. Autant au front desk qu'au déjeuner, le personnel prend tjrs le temps de saluer les gens. Autre exemple, la responsable du déjeuner se promène tjrs dans la salle pour demander aux gens si tout est ok et s'ils avaient besoin de qqch. Assez inhabituel de nos jours, soyons honnêtes. Vraiment une belle petite ville où l'on retrouve des outlets avec d'excellents prix malgré le taux de change. Bref, on va généralement à cet hôtel au moins une fois par an et c'est assez clair que l'on va continuer. Enfin, toutes les chambres ont été rénovées en 2025, ce qui est un plus pour le confort.
Honnêtement, il faut vraiment être très difficile pour ne pas aimer cet hôtel!

Love the watermark and hot tub. Perfect location too. Incredible choice for families.
I thought the breakfast would have a couple more options. It was pancakes, waffles, muffins, cereals, sausage. Eggs would have been nice. Holiday Inn gives biscuits and gravy at a similar price point.
The mattress was a little firmer than other hotels in this category.

The pool was just ok. You can’t swim. You can only swim for 2 hours in the middle of the day because the slides are in use.

It’s an excellent option for those of us traveling as a family, especially since the town isn’t very large and indoor winter activities—aside from the mountains—are quite limited. Plus, the water park inside the hotel is very convenient for kids.
We visited the hotel in winter. There were four of us, and our room faced the hotel’s parking lot. Early in the morning, we could hear tractors removing snow, as well as some noise in the hotel hallways, but it is what it is.
We love the water slides and the breakfast. It was perfect.
The only thing we did not love was how noisy the building was. You could hear everything and everyone walking above you and outside your room. We had a feeling this would happen as this was a hotel geared more for families.
Nice Property. We would have liked to stay in the area a little longer and this motel would have been a good choice.
