Perfect hotel for families
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Kids loved the water park! It was very clean and the double queen suite we booked was spacious. The location was 10/10 close to everything. Would absolutely stay again!

Cons:

The mattresses were on platforms so they moved very easily.

Great clean hotel
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the place, friendly staff and it's great location

Cons:

I just wish there was a separate pool for adults and kids to play in. A deeper, larger pool.

No swimming pool for swimming, pull out couch is not a bed!
Pros:

Clean, friendly helpful staff. Water slides were fun for the kids. Lifeguards were great!

Cons:

Pull out sofa was not even comfortable for a small child. No swimming area while the water slides are in use.

Would highly recommend.
Pros:

We stayed at the North Conway location this past weekend and we were pleasantly greeted and treated so well by Guest Service Supervisor, Natalie Johnson. She not only was helping guest check in but she went out of her way to help the children at the water park. Always cheerful and exceptional in every sense
She deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you from Mr and Mrs Kenneth Wright. ❤️

A great hotel for families! Definitely get more bang for your buck here!
Pros:

My family loved the waterpark inside the hotel. It was a great addition to our trip. The location was excellent! So many restaurants and things to do nearby. The hot breakfast is always fantastic especially with young children. We had a fabulous stay and can’t wait to return!

Everything good but the bed.
Pros:

Staff was warm and welcoming. Slides and pool room were well maintained. Very quiet at night despite many families there so the soundproofing must be done well. Breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. My daughter decided to sleep on the floor and I considered following suit. The King size bed was thin and hard.
