Many thanks to Danielle on Reception for great service on check in with room allocation. Also to housekeeping staff who were so on the ball. I didn't want a room service each day but when I did request one, I went to grab a quick coffee and by the time I returned the room was already being serviced! Great location, good sized rooms and comfortable beds.
Nothing
Plenty of parking, close to shops, great bathroom with hot shower , large bedrooms , plenty of cupboard space ,
No table to eat from , only 2 chairs and 2 stools supplied for5 people . Had to ask for extra cutlery and plates , only one hot plate to cook on , no toaster,
Easy parking nice staff clean room
The shower is badly designed. The whole floor flooded and there were not enough towels to deal with it
Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and when we arrived we given room 101 which was definitely not a 2 bedroom apartment.I approached reception only to be told that what we had booked had been given to someone else and that the other 2 bedroom apartment was being renovated and not available. To add insult to injury I was advised that I was to be charged the same amount as the 2 bedroom apartment. After some discussion we were given room 402 which was still not a 2 bedroom apartment but I have to say it was of better quality.so we had to accept that given we had no other choice .Finally I was charged $418 .00 for the 2 nights could you please confirm if this was the agreed amount at time of booking being made up if different am I entitled to a refund Regards Garry McGraw
The receptionist went out of her way to check in on us as our flight was late and in fact we only arrived at the facility at 9 pm. She was very welcoming and assisted our queries.
nothing
The positives are pretty decent. It is in a good, convenient location, with the Hawker shops just behind the venue. The staff were pleasant also, even though I did not have much interaction with them other than checking in and out. I like the mid-20th century feel of the common areas as well. Overall, pretty good value for money.
It's great the room was clean, but the products that they use do have a fairly pungent smell. As soon as I opened the door, I was overwhelmed by the smell. If your room overlooks Belconnen Way, it can be a bit noisy as times too. I suppose this is the trade off for the suburban, convenient location. I'd also recommend updating the key/garage system to be electronic. This would arguably make entering and vacating the rooms/property a little more efficient.
Massive room. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff and value for money
Nothing really.
Location was good close to some shops and not to far from GIO stadium
Could do with some new beds in Room 112 as they were lumpy and old.
Also the Area outside the building and around the car park could do with a pressure washer clean as it all looked quite dirty.
Spacious rooms. Large fridge. Close to shops
No toaster. Hot water ran out the day we checked out, was unable to have a shower.
Location and convenience
No hot water in our room and could hear people nest door for hours at 2 am so wasn’t soundproof at all
The room was massive and really great! Staff brilliant!
The shower water was warm at best!
