Pros:

Nothing it was old dirty run-down no cooking facilities it says cook top and toaster doesn't exist when you ask why they tell you there not allowed and they will try to get you some money back for the inconvenience but nothing happens

Cons:

Everything the lift stoped 50 mill short of the floor level and i fell out of it first night my wife and I both have bad backs and all we were told on arriving you are lucky it is working at all

Unsatisfactory overall.
Pros:

Comfortable. Reasonable location. Staff were friendly and dealt with a cross customer adequately.

Cons:

No hot water. The remote for the reverse cycle didn’t work. The receptionist changed it for us so that was ok

Pros:

Very clean and tidy and well maintained - Staff were fantastic and were very helpful

Facilities were outdated but were still maintained and kept up to a high standard

There was no toaster and the supplies like cutlery and glass were were limited and didn't match the number if people staying in the room

The room was clean, beds were old and the walls were thin and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room.

Cons:

The toilet played up and the elevator wouldn’t work all the time giving the risk of being locked in
