Pros:

Spacious room and good location to shops. Good security

Cons:

The lifts were not clean.
Advertised as a full kitchen yet there was NO toaster.
Our stay was for 3 nights on the last night we had terrible rain and our room leaked over the bed through a hole in roof. We were told by fire fighters who attended to vacate our roof because of the fear that the roof would collapse.

Came down with friends and although the weather was very hot it was an enjoyable trip
Pros:

Clean room, very quiet and close to restaurant and shops. Secured parking and no entry after hours without a key or code. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place to friends.

Cons:

The door was sticking but not a problem for us and it did not affect our stay. Would not deter me from coming back.

Great location, clean and would stay here again.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and quiet good size in the 2br apartment. Good kitchenette with microwave and electric plug in cooker and enough cooking equipment, crockery and utensils for same. Beds were comfortable. Linen was clean with extra pillows and blankets available. Big bathroom which was clean and good water pressure. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner supplied and plenty of fresh towels. Access, parking and security all good with easy instructions for after hours access and wi-fi available. Located right next to Woolworths, cafe (I can recommend their coffee) and bakery.

Cons:

The property is dated and a little bit of a rabbit warren but this did not detract from our overall experience. The door between the 2 rooms did not have a handle to close it properly, it was just a swing door so it would have been nice to be able to close this completely.

Ok stay
Pros:

Check in was easy, room was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

We have stayed here several times before this is the second time we have issues. These issues seem to always be blamed on booking.com and the system.
We booked a room that was meant to have a double bed and a single bed as i was travelling with my child. According to booking.com we got an upgrade.
When we arrived we were given a room with one double bed. I went back to reception who told me they were fully booked nothing she could do.
She tried to check another room that according to her system should have had that bedding configuration but it didnt either.
She offered me a fold out bed. She ended up bringing up the fold out bed handed me some sheets to make my own bed and left.
There really wasnt room for the fold out bed so made the room cramped and the sleep was uncomfortable. I wasnt offered any discount or anything which is so disappointing.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location convenient for my needs

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved, as the bathroom was a little dusty/mouldy and the bathroom cabinet was swollen fr water damage. What is more the smart TVs were able to be linked to other people's phones which meant they were able to turn off what was being watched and adjust the volume - the smart TV needs to be set up better and with greater privacy/security.
