Great stay for the price,will stay there again

Will not be going back there again.
Cons:

I arrived to find a dirty razor left on top of my shower, the carpet was also really old and dirty. Only one lamp worked the other was broken same for my kettle. Unfortunately I was kept up by people out in the hallway for much of the night too! I left after one night and they've refused to refund the rest of my stay.

The hotel is well located in Belconnen. The room was clean and the staff were good.

Unsafe area be warned.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and only felt safe when all the doors were locked at night.

Cons:

The hotel is not up to standard, has a kitchenette (including no toaster)not a full kitchen to cook. Can go on and on how unsafe the area surrounding the hotel is and the fact we checked out after one night. Unfortunately the hotel manager is yet to respond to my email, not only that staff members on duty were unable to issue a refund for the remainder nights that we didn't stay. I would never recommend anyone with a family stay at this hotel, unless you want to see the seedy side to Canberra.

A good hotel. The room has a large shower and is well-renovated. But the furniture and paint on the walls are a bit dated.

The hotel itself looks nice, but inside it smells old.

Overall we were happy with what we got for the price.

The room was nice and clean. Great location and the bed was really comfortable.

The safety latch on the door was broken and there was no shelf in the shower to put toiletries.

Unsatisfactory- left to stay elsewhere

Lift broken
Receptionist had no idea of the layout of the property - couldn’t find our room. Once we finally found our room, it was filled with paint cans, ladders and work materials. It clearly should have been offline for maintenance.

It was somewhere to sleep at the end of the day, but definitely not value for money.
Pros:

Location was convenient for where we needed, heating worked well- although very dusty units.

Cons:

It was not clean, grubby marks all over walls, exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, no ventilation, carpets felt damp on arrival.
