Toasters are not provided for fire alarm reasons.Curtains needed some attention
Comfortable beds
No teaspoons to make coffee, no shampoo, couldn't open wardrobe door because then fridge was in the way.

Location close to hospital and shops and decor was nice and a lovely young man on reception that was so helpful

I booked 3 months in advance for 2 adults and 3 children and was given a room with 1 double bed and 2 singles, bathroom had no exhaust so after a shower our towels, clothes and toilet paper were damp, and a damaged a/c unit for another room outside our window making alot of noise all night as well as the neighbors and floor above

Staff were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed we were asking for things like a fork and a tea towel. No toaster in room and when asked said we don’t have toasters in any room and just got stated stared at. Will
Never recommend this hotel. Had a kitchenette and one fork and chipped cups no tea towel, and minimal cooking g equipment. Sign on door for inventory said was supposed to be a toaster. If they do t want to put one in, ok, but don’t make out we are weird for asking by staring at us like we asked for fireworks.

One of the TV remotes would not work, even after changing the batteries in the remote.
One of the bedside lamps did not work either.
We had no toaster in the room noted as an apartment.
There was nowhere to put soap or shampoo on in the shower - making it a high risk for slippung over for my elderly mother.
Ran out of tissues, tea and coffee.
Also I got cold and had no extra blankets in the room, and none one to call for room service.
