I would not stay in this hotel on my next visit to Bloomington.
Pros:

Location was good, among lots of restaurants and close to campus. But on a very main street.

Cons:

For the room rate charged per night, nothing was included - breakfast, parking etc was all extra. Also, the AC in the room was so loud, we could not sleep as it kept going on and off. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the busy street and the street noise competed with the AC noise.
