Family Friendly and Accommodating, but Cleanliness Could Use Improvement
Pros:

Everyone on staff was cheerful and helpful. My kids loved being able to get into the heated pool in March. The 530 kickback and breakfast buffet plus really quiet rooms keep us coming back to Drury on family vacations.

Cons:

This particular Drury didn't seem to be as clean as the previous locations. The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean, however I did alert staff that housekeeping might want to make sure they are wiping down the ottomans (ours was covered with a sticky residue and soda drips). Additionally, the dining area didn't seem to be cleaned between meals. The table tops were sticky and the same chips from 530 kickback were on the booth seats the next morning.

This location sucked! Big time!

Really nothing! I did not like this location at all!

Well for starters they came to my room knocked on the door telling my daughter she was being loud while she was playing her game remind you its an elderly couple next door to us with a barking annoying dogs 🐕. But nothing was said to that couple. People had dogs in the pool area that they weren't supposed to even be in there smh. People had dogs in the dinning area which where stinking with pet hair landing on my daughter's plate 🍽 🤮🤢. Then to put the icing on the cake the man manager told me I needed to move my vehicle while I was waiting on my handicap brother that I had just got him in his wheelchair to go to the bathroom meanwhile its a Toyota right beside me parked for over 30 he didnt say anything to them period to move. We'll come to find out he didnt because it was a worker that was in that Toyota blocking where you get out to load and unload. By far 1 of the worst Drury Inn hotels I've been to!

Could have been a bit better for the price
Pros:

Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool. Breakfast and happy hour was nice.

Cons:

What I didn't like was upon first getting in the room if I hadn't really looked I would have never seen it and possibly gotten hurt, There was a razor blade laying on the counter on the bathroom sink. And also they didn't put any trash bags in the trash bins. And the room has a funky smell to it. It could have been cleaned a bit better in my opinion. Especially paying over 150 dollars for one night.. And I had asked for a early check in they could not due to late check outs and they would call when the room was ready(never got a call) walking in 10 mins till 3pm(normal check in). It still wasn't ready We had to wait 15-20min after 3pm for our room to be ready. I also ask for a let check out she said no due to the high turn over.. but yet they had a lot of late check out when we arrived early to try and get in a little earlier... I thought that was a bit crazy.

Pros:

Needed more grits. Ran out. Needed bowls for cereal grits. Coffee wasn’t good. Maybe another waffle maker. Lines for it.
