It's always clean, the staff is great and we always try to stay at a Drury when available.
Excellent location, staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good. Overall a very nice stay!
The pool was too small
Great rooms, Great food and LOVED THE POOL AND SPA.
Beautiful property
Very clean and well appointed
We were looking for accommodations with a pool and spa and Drury had both. The location and overall experience were phenomenal. An added bonus was the included evening meal and three drinks which included beer, wine and liquor. I've previously stayed at Hilton and Holiday Inn, but I'm not a Drury believer. The entire staff made me, and my wife feel special and welcomed.
Area
A little pricey
Our local Mensa chapter held our Regional Gathering here, as we have for several consecutive years. We get a group rate for our rooms at this event, which it pretty standard in the hospitality industry. What makes this place stand out, however, is the personal across-the-board commitment of the hotel staff, top to bottom. It's not unusual here, to see management personnel with their sleeves rolled up, assisting food service personnel in clearing used dishes off tables during busy breakfast or "kick back" periods. Also, the housekeeping and maintenance personnel not only fulfill their job description to the letter, but seem to go out of their way to interact with guests in a positive and congenial fashion.
We enjoyed the hotel overall. We enjoyed the dinner and drinks that were offered and felt that was a great addition
Only having one elevator for staff and guests is a horrible design. Especially on a Sunday morning when everyone is checking out and housekeeping staff are trying to clean rooms. We stood for over 20 minutes just trying to get an elevator that a luggage cart would fit into on Sunday morning so we could leave. We also asked for 2 extra pillows and blankets and never received them. The bedding only had what felt like a couple of sheets on it and just wasn’t comfortable
Staff was very friendly, made me feel right at home.
I always come here about every 3-6 months for some R&R. I don't have to leave the hotel for anything not even food.
I wanted a different breakfast, but it was good so it wasn't a bad thing really.
Kickback at 5:30pm very nice!!! Breakfast was great
The pool was small.
Everyone on staff was cheerful and helpful. My kids loved being able to get into the heated pool in March. The 530 kickback and breakfast buffet plus really quiet rooms keep us coming back to Drury on family vacations.
This particular Drury didn't seem to be as clean as the previous locations. The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean, however I did alert staff that housekeeping might want to make sure they are wiping down the ottomans (ours was covered with a sticky residue and soda drips). Additionally, the dining area didn't seem to be cleaned between meals. The table tops were sticky and the same chips from 530 kickback were on the booth seats the next morning.
