Seem to be a nice location hotel not too bad could be cleaned more food could be a little better staff could be a little friendlier they don't seem to want to change your towels unless they absolutely have to was a good stay though

Pros:

I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents who stayed here for 3 weeks while my dad had business to tend to in Greenville. My parents experienced a delay at the Windsor/Detroit border, so they were not going to make check-in that day. I called the hotel and the woman (I wish I wrote her name down) who answered was beyond helpful; she was patient & kind, and she moved their check-in up one day without penalizing them. She expressed her best wishes to my parents in getting across the border and to Greenville safely. Once they arrived to the hotel, they told me they absolutely loved their stay; and like I said, this was their home for 3 weeks. They were blown away by the kindness of all the staff, they loved the location, their room, and all the amenities. I always have top-notch experiences at Drury Hotels, and I am grateful that my parents got to as well.

BED BUGS!!
Pros:

Beware of bed bugs! We stayed here for a long weekend and found bed bugs in our room. We were moved to another floor/room in the middle of our stay and told we would have our stay comp’d. It was not. When we called to ask, they told us they could only comp one night. Not helpful and super disgusting!
