Nice hotel staff really good just some people are rude and think they have an entitlement

Cons:

The pool can get overwhelming with children
Breakfast people coming down in the PJ it’s in hygienic they must not have washed as touching food. People not putting their empty food away leaving on table.
Families filling their plates then not eating just greedy. Manners need to be taught. I think staff should have the authority to tell people to move there empty plates and don’t pile up there plates you can always go back.

Great building in the heart of San Antonio
Pros:

Great location. A remodel of a 100 yo high rise bank building. Impressive lobby. Room was to the Drury standard. Views from the room, the deck, and the rooftop pool were awesome. One of the tallest buildings in San Antonio, so the top floors are above most of the other buildings.

I had a problem with my room that I didn’t report because I didn’t think it was an actual problem. If I had, I know I woulda be been moved with no hassle. Drury is great!

Taking the elevator to the 6th floor to take another elevator to get to the 9th floor. But it was worth it.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast! The hottest coffee on the planet! Real scrambled eggs, great sausage patties, wonderful bisquits, and really tasty oatmeal.
