Wonderful two days! Ty for making our anniversary so special!
Pros:

We have stayed here for several years. We were celebrating our ten year anniversary. The staff was so sweet and kind. We would like to thank Theresa for her kindness. Food was yummy and accommodations were very pristine. View from our room was amazing!

The Perfect Get Away
Pros:

OMG - the mattress was perfect! Better than my one at home. Even looked to see if we could purchase one for our home. The room was good sized; very clean and comfortable. The roof top terrace provided a beautiful view of the city. Free breakfast and happy hour with food and free drinks was a definite bonus. And the fact that the hotel used to be the Alamo National Bank and you can visit the vault is classic!

Cons:

Cannot think of anything. Was very impressed with the hotel.

takes a long time for hot water to get to shower head - need to run water for 9-10 minutes to get to temp.

need to add an additional shower handicap bar to right side of tub to hold onto when stepping over tub into shower
yes, there is a bar on the back wall, but needs a second on right side

Very memorable 18th birthday for my daughter!!
Pros:

Room was very comfortable with a great view! The rooftop heated pool and hot tub were such a nice activity for February!

Cons:

Not much I can say here... Not a bad thing at all, but the water in the bathtub came out extremely hot, so just be prepared for that if you're going to enjoy one of the spa bathtub rooms!

Pros:

The hotel was gorgeous the rooms were huge and we overlooked the San Fernando Cathedral and it was just a beautiful sight on the balcony. The kickback starting at 5:30 had great food and saved us from having to eat dinner which is a huge Plus and then the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast I've ever had.
