Fantastic stay Grand kids loved it

We liked the indoor pool, the breakfast was good, the dinners not so much I know its free but I expected a little bit better quality for the amount you pay for the rooms

Cons:

Rooms were very small for $200-350 a night. Its.was hard to sleep at night because it sounded like we were sleeping with the windows open you can hear all the traffic and people's conversations out in the street. we were on the 6th floor but it still should not be that loud. Also we stayed 2 nights and no one came to clean the room while we were out. This was our first time staying there so im not sure if we were supposed to request that our room be cleaned daily bit if thats the case they should tell you at check in. The elevators also take forever! We've stayed next door before at the drury inn and suites and I think we like that one better. Better rooms and cheaper rates and it was not too noisy at night like the plaza was even though they are practically next door to eachother. Wifi was not great either. Staff was super nice though and we liked the indoor pool but we probably wont stay at drury plaza again.
