Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, confortable et les chambres sont spacieuses.
Nous avons été accueilli par plusieurs membres du personnel des la sortie de notre véhicule et l'expérience fut fluide.

L'accès au Lounge y est aussi très agréable avec une belle vue sur la ville et la nourriture y est plus que correcte.

Cons:

Une tasse moisie et un personnel peu souriant. C'est tout et uniquement pour être totalement transparent.

Excellent stay in a great location. Highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to great food, sights, and shopping. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Facilities are spotless. Spacious rooms with all the expected amenities. Quiet, peaceful. Dining options are delicious. We ordered from the 24 hour menu when we first arrived late at night, and were so happy with the meal.

Pros:

Отель находится в хорошей локации с отличным видом на мост и город

Cons:

1. Закрыт выход на центральную улицу, нужно обходить весь комплекс
2. В отеле бар с неадекватными ценами и сервисом - бутылка вина стоит в три раза дороже номера
3. Отель достаточно уставший

Staff davvero gentile e disponibile, letto comodissimo e colazione ottima, davvero variegata.

Cons:

Hotel piuttosto datato. I fiori finti presenti ovunque e i palloncini verdi nella hall danno un’atmosfera poco curata e non all’altezza della struttura. I vetri della camera erano sporchi, cosa che non permetteva di godere appieno della vista per cui abbiamo pagato. Inoltre, la camera non disponeva di finestre apribili e il bagno era sprovvisto anche di ventola. Mi aspettavo decisamente di più da Shangri-La Hotel

Great sized room and bathroom. Really nice facilities in the gym, spa and pool area. Great restaurant at the bottom of the hotel.

Cons:

Silicone in the bathroom sink and shower appeared to have mould. Cracks on the shower floor. Bath tub drain plug didn’t work. For a five star hotel this was quite disappointing. Hotel is located quite far away from the main shopping areas and can be quite inconvenient to get to and from when doing a lot of shopping.
