I stay here twice a year for a week to visit family, and it is wonderful
Pros:

The location is GREAT! It's right off Interstate. It's close to several eateries, plus it has breakfast and kick back in the evening. It's just pleasure to stay there.

Pros:

The staff was very respectful, helpful and kind. Food was okay. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

there was a group of soccer kids that kept banging on doors and running. I reported it to the front desk. The hotel day staff stayed on them but the night staff did not.
Only one elevator for a booked hotel, I was on the 4th floor and kept having to use the stairs. Kids were playing in the one good elevator.
Never receive my reward points for staying here.

Not really any complaints other than the room mix up.
Cons:

My reservation was for king size room and I received a double room. I wanted to speak to someone this morning, but no one was at front desk when we left. I thought the double rooms were cheaper than what I paid.

Pros:

Our room was clean and large. There were alot of kids in the hotel and we were worried about the noise but it was very quiet in our room. The breakfast and dinner were great!
