Overall I was satisfied with my stay at Comfort Suites, Bentonville.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was very nice on on a quiet floor. I enjoyed the breakfast and the pool and Jacuzzi.

I would enjoy a steam room/ sauna if it were available.

Cons:

That the pool closed and any early hour. You have to order cleaning services the night before.
The hot water feature in the shower was very slow and was delayed.

Nice very clean motel with comfortable beds
Pros:

Nice very clean motel. The indirect lighting over the beds and TV was wonderful. The beds were good. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Perfect place for the weekend!
Pros:

First impression was fabulous with the employee at the desk.. the FRIENDLIEST woman I’ve ever encountered. The rooms were clean and fresh. Overall perfect experience and will be there again when we play ball in NWA.

Aside from the breakfast debacle I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
Pros:

Loved the spacious room and bathroom

Cons:

The Spanish lady that makes the breakfast was rude to several guests who came down to breakfast before 9 o clock but there was no more food and she didn’t want to make anymore. So she yelled at them. Not nice. She didn’t end up making a little more however.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Location was fine.

Cons:

We asked to be placed away from other guests if possible but was instead placed next to a room with a kids birthday party going on and lots of children being loud and slamming doors. They did move us 1 room up and that door was open so back to the front desk to make sure the room was even ready. Piles of bedding left on the hallway for several hours.
