Most was enjoyable and comfortable!
Pros:

Room was quiet, comfortable & clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every morning and sometimes ran out and you had to wait for the warmers to be refilled and with only two waffle makers they were continuously busy.

I would come back.
Pros:

Room was large, bed was comfy. Hotel is just steps away from Razorback Greenway. Krispy Kreme across the street

Hot water in the shower wasn’t readily available. It would work at times

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, safe place. What more could you ask for?

Kind of hard to see off of the main drive. Staff was always friendly, but not always visible.

Great stay, great value!
Pros:

Facility was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was a legit breakfast!
