no cook stuff,old applances,no hot gloves,coffee maker was old.no ceiling fans.in any room or bedroom

Good location, loved the view. Nice restaurant walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, will visit again!

The location and the building is excellent!

Liked that it was close to the beach, no issues checking in. Did not like...bathroom floor was dirty, stove and refrigerator both need to be updated. Both were rusty and stove's door had peeling and glass was dirty. Need more luggage carts.

Great stay

There was not any property staff. I had help from another person staying there on how to get the people on the phone to get our room. It took us two hours to get it. The people that live on property were bossy and told us the rules. There was nothing telling us the rules of the property. I definitely will not stay there again. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend this property.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay here and found the location very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

Great area if you have a boat

Overall, I rate my stay a 3.5. The facility is very outdated. The refrigerator in my room had rust on the exterior and interior of it, which made it very difficult for me to use. The chairs in the living room area didn't look clean, I'm not sure if it was because they were so worn and outdated or they were also too dingy in color. I never even sat in that space. There was one lamp in that same area that was extremely rusted/burnt, I am not sure. I didn't it was sore to the eyes, so I didn't even do a close up to confirm. I wasn't comfortable at all in my room, the look wasn't appealing at all. The chairs and table on the balcony were very dirty and inexpensive, and not sturdy. I spent less time as possible on the property and my room for the duration of my vacation.

To be quite honest, everything aboutvthe stay/lodging was just about perfect. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our room 610 needs a new mattress, no frying pans, no cutting board

Our wedding was on a yacht and we met some nice people there. Our stay was great and we will book there again!

I love that I was able to look out from the balcony and see the boats and just feeling peace while i was there. Definitely will come back again. Next time longer.
