Loved the Victorian decor and history of the place. The staff and owners were exceptional. The hospitality was outstanding. The heated pool was a nice bonus as well.
Nothing. We loved everything about it.
Property was as expected which was clean, friendly atmosphere, close to all attractions and restraunts. The room was a little small, when we were getting ready bumping into each other. But that was my fault I should have saw that it was a smaller room and upgraded.
After we checked out and stated we wanted to spend the rest of the daytime at the beach before going home they offered us to take their beach badges and chairs and just bring them back which saved us $50 or so which was more than nice. I would recommend the W to anyone and would come again.

Everything was good!
Everything was great. Our room was cool and cozy, the public areas were well-kept and full of beautiful decor, breakfast was delicious, the pool was quiet and refreshing, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The location was also perfect, situated right next to a CVS and allowing us to travel to all of Cape May's sights and beaches with ease. Overall, the experience was extremely pleasant.
Nothing; we enjoyed every aspect of the experience.
My wife and I have stayed at the mansion 7 or 8 times now , we would never think of staying anywhere else when we visit Cape May
Excellent location, pretty much in walking distance to a lot of places.
This time we stayed in the Historic Mansion, very nice to have stayed in a piece of history almost 200 years old. But we wished there would have been a mini fridge in the room, also if you wanted ice you had to go to the newer building outside through the back, which we couldn’t get in because our keys didn’t work in the lock.

Black flakey stuff came out of hot tub
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the ambiance of the main house. I also loved the working fireplace AND the jacuzzi tub in my room.
Everything was wonderful no problems
Didn't realize until after check in our room was on the 3rd floor. I would liked have changed that if I knew we were the only was there. I thought all the rooms were reserved for the week.
