Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado. Fácil de llegar y de moverse. El personal es muy amable y el servicio es muy bueno. Las habitaciones cómodas, un muy buen desayuno, gimnasio adecuado abierto 24 HS. Esta muy bien ubicado con la estación de metro enfrente es muy fácil moverte por Santiago. Hotel muy recomendable conuy buena relación calidad precio.

Die Reinigung des Zimmers war nicht ganz optimal, auch die Bade- und Handtücher wurden teils vergessen.
Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte besser sein - es ist eher dunkel im Zimmer.
