Hotel de rede internacional com bom nível de manutenção e amenidades. Café da manha bastante completo. Academia 24hs com ponto de hidratação cortesia.
Localização ruim apesar de central, entorno sujo. Estacionamento mal sinalizado. Gerenciamento deficiente do espaço do café da manhã, com muita fila nos horários de pico.
El personal del desayuno era muy amable, había variedad de alimentos, incluso algunos sin gluten, lo que se agradece. La habitaciones cómodas.
Hubo un día que no hicieron aseo, según ellos el cartel decía que seguíamos ahí, pero yo me devolví para cambiarlo, por tanto estoy segura que decía que salimos. Se demoraron mucho en acoger el requerimiento, no querían y al final nos cambiaron de habitación. Me complicaba más que todo por la basura porque fui con mi bebé y estaban los pañales sucios.

Localização estratégica para passeios pelo centro histórico, cama confortável, chuveiro forte, ótima limpeza e tamanho do quarto.
Não tem a ver com o hotel em si, mas a região do entorno imediato é muito insegura, é necessário ter bastante cuidado com os pertences e não pegar os táxis que estão ali na porta.
Fiquei um dia pela Booking, e tres por outra operadora. Para um hotel 4 estrelas, difícil apontar alguma coisa boa, e não me considero muito exigente.
Pia com cheiro de esgoto, a maioria das coisas funciona mal ou simplesmente não funciona. Hotel muito antigo e implorando por uma reforma . A região é ruim, apesar de ter metrô na porta. A porta é fechada à noite com grades! Restaurante e café da manhã ruins.
