Comfortable, safe, and well-located hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a very convenient central location. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and professional, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the hotel provided everything I needed for a pleasant week in Santiago.

Nothing significant. My stay was very comfortable and met my expectations.

Localização e estrutura do hotel

Cons:

Funcionários do café da manhã, apressando o hóspede informando que faltava só 10 minutos e que não daria tempo do hóspede tomar seu café da manhã. Quando deu as 10 horas fecharam tudo e correram para retirar toda a comida. Não aconteceu comigo, mas vi o ato acontecer com uma outra hóspede.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, padrão Mercure, e muito bem localizado! Fica em frente à Biblioteca Nacional e ao lado do Cerro Santa Lucia, do centro comercial de lojinhas de artesanato e lembrancinhas, além da estação do Metrô Santa Lucia e do rico comercio local, com lojinhas, mercadinhos, restaurantes locais e bancas de rua. Também conseguimos ir à pé até o mercado municipal, fazendo uma caminhada de 1,5km. Outros pontos turísticos ficam no entorno, sendo possível visitar à pé, como a Casa de La Moneda, onde vive o presidente da república, e a Plaza de Armas. O quarto é amplo, bem limpo, com uma cama muito boa e um chuveiro espetacular! Os colaboradores são muito atenciosos e eficientes. As refeições, tanto do café da manhã, quanto do almoço, do bar e do serviço de quarto, são de excelente qualidade, com apresentação e sabor impecáveis! Como bônus, descobrimos casualmente que, aos domingos, funciona uma igreja evangélica na sala de convenções do hotel! Aproveitamos para participar do culto após o café da manhã.

Cons:

Como todo grande centro urbano na América Latina, fomos fortemente orientados a não andar com itens de ouro nas ruas do entorno, bem como evitar caminhar à noite pelas ruas, após o fechamento do comércio. No quarto, alguns itens apresentavam um desgaste natural, como uma gaveta meio emperrada e uns detalhes no banheiro.

Freundliches Personal, sehr bequeme Betten, das Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Nur 2 Aufzüge bei 17 Stockwerken, dementsprechend lange Wartezeiten, und im Frühstücksraum war es viel zu kalt. Dieser war zur Lobby hin offen, und weil die Eingangstür des Hotels oft offen war, war es ständig sehr kalt.
