El personal muy bien. Deben controlar más la limpieza en los cuartos, de cuatro noches los muebles siempre estuvieron de polvillo. El aire acondicionado de los espacios comunes del hotel estaba roto con lo cuál el personal de recepción y del restaurante trabajaban con altas temperaturas la zona no es segura, pero esto se compensa ya que Chile se encuentra lleno de Carabineros y por qué es una opción potable para llegar en cualquier medio de transporte a diferentes lugares, como por ejemplo el casco histórico.
Me remito a lo descripto arriba en cuanto a lo que deben y no deben mejorar.
I had quite a few issues, which is very unusual for me. However when I mentioned these the next morning (I only stayed 1 night), I just wanted to give feedback so things don't happen in the future, the staff were extremely helpful and took note and even let me keep my room till my departure. This was very appreciated.
I had an issue with non feather pillows, which I had asked the hotel about beforehand. At reception on my late night arrival they told me they were non feather but in fact they were feather. Nothing else available. The internet access was very long winded with having to register an account with the hotel group etc. Arriving late at night, this wasn't appreciated. A few other little things that just niggled. No shower available for late departure, but see my comments for like.

Sa proximité avec l’aéroport et le service de navette gratuite quelque soit l’heure mais sur réservation . Notre vol arrivait à 23h45 et nous repartions le lendemain à 10h. Petit déjeuner bien servi et varié.

Really great room with a huge bed. The location was very central and was to walk around places. It was great value for money and had a nice rooftop bar.
The pool is quite small with not many chairs but still was enjoyable! The breakfast buffet is probably not worth the money.
