Abholung vom Airport per Namensschild vom Hotel organisiert - einchecken sehr unkompliziert - Zimmer geräumig - Betten bequem - Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit - Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig und lecker - bei unseren gebuchten get-your-guide Touren wurden wir direkt vom Hotel abgeholt - Hotel im Zentrum - Sicherheit - wir haben abends im dunkeln das Hotel nicht verlassen - Hoteltür wurde abends vergittert geschlossen mit Sicherheitspersonal überwacht - im 5ten Stock eine sehr schöne Hotelterrasse mit Bar wo man den Abend sicher und relaxt verbringen konnte

Hermoso hotel en el corazón de Santiago; moderno, limpio, silencioso, camas cómodas y bien vestidas. Buen desayuno y atención; una terraza con pileta y bar/ restaurante para compartir al aire libre con vistas que cambiancon el dia. Acceso a mts del metro y a todas las líneas de micros. Muy recomendable. Volveré
La habitación, la tranquilidad y amabilidad del personal.
Llegamos un poco antes del check in y la habitación estaba lista , pudimos disfrutar mucho más del lugar.

Hôtel central, à deux pas du métro Santa Lucia. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet.
Un espace piscine et bar agréable avec sa terrasse. Nous y sommes revenus à chacun de nos passages à Santiago.
La ubicacion es buena, la pieza muy comoda
El televisor es muy antiguo, pequeño y no se conecta a internet, no se pueden utilizar apps.
La piscina es pequeña aunq cumple su objetivo.
El wifi no funcionaba bien.
En el piso 17 donde nos hospedamos se sentia mucho ruido ambiente como los motores de los aires.
Creo q deberian tener algo conversado con el estacionamiento ya que si bien en las respuestas de la app aparece un valor cuando llegamos al check in nos dijeron que no tenian idea que eso era aparte y q lo teniamos q ver abajo
Proche du métro et les lieux d'intérêts à pied, la piscine
Le soir pour une femme seule le quartier n'est pas top.
La camera era sufficientemente spaziosa e il letto comodo. Lo staff molto disponibile. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina, ma c'è. La colazione era accettabile.
L'albergo è centrale, ma in una zona dove la sera è meglio prendere un taxi. La colazione è accettabile, ma le paste erano poche e secche, e la frutta non particolarmente buona.
Hôtel idéalement placé à proximité d'un quartier très sympathique, Hôtel très sécurisé c'est un plus.
L'hôtel est situé sur une artère relativement bruyante (passage régulier d'ambulance et autres véhicules équipés de sirènes)
