Lokalizacja hotelu, jak również poziom obsługi oraz czystość obiektu top.
Brak wody mineralnej w wyposażeniu pokoju, kiepska akustyka (niestety przez to że hotel jest usytuowany przy głównej ulicy Sao Paulo, cały hałas z ulicy, jak również z korytarza głównego był słyszalny w pokoju), bardzo ciepła woda w basenie pływackim i niestety kiepskie śniadania, przyrządzone z taniej i kiepskiej jakości produktów - spodziewałam się niestety wyższej jakości jak na hotel 5 gwiazdkowy.
