The hotel is advertised as a five-star hotel, but honestly, everything was more like a three-star hotel at best. The hotel was dirty, the breakfast was terrible, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The only positive thing about this hotel was its good location.

Exactly what you need when in Sao Paulo a Oasis in the middle of the buzz
Pros:

the location is excellent, downtown, near everything. walking distance to major spots restaurants etc. the hotel staff are well trained, friendly, helpful and the room as very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. the breakfast buffet is lavish with a very wide variety of food, including for people with dietary restrictions. I always stay in this hotel when in Sao Paulo.
