Fico sempre no Melia Paulista e amo o atendimento e localização do hotel.

Cons:

Fiz a reserva de dois quartos para 6 hóspedes o que seria uma cama queen e uma extra em cada quarto. Fomos em 5 hóspedes e mesmo assim tive que fazer o upgrade para meus três filhos pq os quartos não acomodava cama extra.

Eles falam uma coisa e fazem outra, especialmente no momento do pagamento. Qdo fui efetuar o pagamento não havia gerente e não efetuaram o desconto que haviam informado. Os funcionários não sabiam informar nada. O café da manhã é confuso, fraco... e caríssimo para o que é.

πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο, αλλα τα δωματια χωρις μονωση και χωρις αισθητικη. σε γενικές γραμμές καθαρό , αλλα οταν ηταν η ωρα για καθαριοτητα στο δωματιο, πολλες φορες ξεχναγαν να αφησουν πραγματα που ειχαν τελειωσει, οπως vanity set και τετοια. το πρωινό πολυ απλό για τα δεδομένα του. Σχέση δλδ τιμής αξίας χαμηλή.

Cons:

θα μπορούσε να έχει καλύτερο πρωινό και τα δωματια καλύτερη μόνωση.
