I would like to thank you for my wonderful holiday at Kantary Hotel, for the friendly service, the room I had requested, the breakfast. Many thanks to the staff Kik and Nu and the entire hotel staff. This is our fifteenth visit to Kantary Bay it is just as wonderful as the first although we have watched it change over the years. The hotel continues to impress with its spotless, comfortable rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful Out thanks to Bow, Urai and Kick.— truly second to none — always ready with a smile and happy to assist with anything.

Breakfast is absolutely delicious with plenty of choice, and the omelettes are simply the best! It’s the perfect way to start the day.

One of the highlights is the beautiful beach, just a short ride away on the complimentary bus provided by the hotel. It’s a stunning spot and with its private beach. well worth the quick trip.There are two great swimming pools.

The restaurants affiliated to the hotel are all excellent, offering great food in a lovely setting. Overall, Kantary Bay really is a little piece of paradise — it has everything you could wish for. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Assolutamente tutto. L'albergo è un dedalo di fiori , piscine, passerelle e servizi. La spiaggia gratuita privata con servizio navetta è eccezionale. La zona di Panwa è ideale per fare escursione via barca e per rilassarsi

Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals war wirklich außergewöhnlich und auf 5 Sterne Niveau. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Ausblick gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Es war ruhig und der Balkon trotzdem schön. Und lag im modernen Nebengebäude wo der Pool auf dem Dach ist. Das Hotel untergliedert sich in 3 Hauptgebäude. Es gab einen eigenen Supermarkt mit sehr günstigen Preisen (max. 10% teurer als 7/11) es gibt auch für den Balkon Moskitoschutz an den Fenstern was wir toll fanden. Es war nicht wirklich hellhörig und die Lage hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. 5-7 Restaurants sind drum herum zusätzlich zum Food Markt mit den ständen gegenüber (18-21 Uhr Öffnungszeiten) das Hotel ist sehr sauber
Das absolute Highlight war der Shuttle zum schwesterhotel dort konnte man den Strand und fast alles bis auf den Hauptpool mit benutzen. Das war nochmal ein ganz anderer Standard und ein ganz tolles plus!
Beim Frühstück gab es kostenlos Thai Iced tea was mein Highlight war. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist toll es gibt viele europäische Stammgäste (50-70jährige Paare) und wir hatten allgemein in dem Hotel den vibe von Madeira oder Kanaren in den 80ern. Ganz magisch und schön.
Die Anlage ist sehr grün und wird toll gepflegt. Es gibt 4-5 massagestudios drum herum. Ansonsten ist nicht so viel in dem Ort los aber uns hat es voll gereicht. Wir würden wieder kommen!

I am a regular traveler and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Pim, Nicha and all staff were amazing and always went out of their way to help, even to a 2pm late checkout on my final day. The room (suite)was immaculate and remained so all week. It was super comfortable and quiet, and the pools were beautiful and tranquil. The lush garden setting was colourful and restful, and the colonial architecture and features were gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Access to the sister hotel over the hill was easy, and I highly recommend dining at Panwa House - a breathtaking colonial home with a beautiful beachside setting. There are many other restaurants nearby as well as a small night market. All is to hand and the stay was incredibly comfortable. Thank you.

Our trip to Kantary Bay Hotel Phuket far exceeded our expectations! We were lucky enough to get a ground-floor room right next to the pool, which was an absolute game-changer for our kids—they could splash around whenever they wanted without long walks back to the room.
The breakfast buffet was surprisingly impressive, with a great variety of options that kept everyone happy every morning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly; special shout-out to Nicha, Urai, and Kik at reception, who greeted us with big smiles and genuine warmth every single day.
We made great use of the fantastic beach at the sister property, Cape Panwa Hotel, just a short ride away on the free hotel shuttle bus. It's a beautiful spot with calm waters, perfect for families. There are also some nice restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel, and boat trips to nearby islands are available just around the corner.
We booked all our excursions through the hotel's tour information service—the prices were very fair, and the team was super helpful and friendly, making everything stress-free.
We're already planning our return to Kantary Bay Hotel Phuket and wholeheartedly recommend it to any family traveling with small children looking for a relaxed, kid-friendly base in Phuket!

We were in this beautiful hotel from the end of February.To the beginning of March.Excellent service, great atmosphere.Especially thank you, I want to say Bow, Nicha, Mhad, Kik. All requests were fulfilled, instantly and with magnificent Thai smiles.

The Kantary Bay hotel is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the marvellous atmosphere. This was our third visit and we have rebooked for 2027. What makes the hotel stand out from others we have stayed in is the staff nothing is too much trouble. A special mention must be for the reception staff who are always very helpful with Bow, Kik, Urai, Pom, Nicha and Jingreed.

We loved our stay at Kantary Bay. The staff is really Friendly and helpfull. Jungreed at the reception helped us get a late check out bc our daugther was sick. The area is really nice and the breakfast is great. The hotel is connected to the sister hotel where you can enjoy the most beautiful and calm beach. It’s perfect for families that are trying to get away from the busy areas of Phuket.

Have been to hotel approximately 25 times. It never let's us down. The hotel staff are amazing alway greeting you with a smile nothing too much trouble. Reception staff urai, Tiki and Bow always go the extra mile to help. The management team are very efficient and everything appears to run very smoothly.
Our room is kept lovely very clean and comfortable thanks to sol and ple.
I would like to thank Nazin the driver who was very kind and helpful to my husband.
For anyone wanting a restful break I can throughly recommend. Nice facility good places to eat nearby and amazing views.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous the staff are so beautiful helpful caring the staff Kiki, bow,uri,and many mire too many to remember tall there names & they all speak many many languages always have smiles on there faces and will help in anyway the hotel is very clean and cared for by housekeeping they are all so hard working keeping everything and everywhere clean and tidy ...we go to this hotel every January to escape the UK winter weather this is my favourite place my happy place ..you will not be disappointed with the hotel or staff i cant wait to see them all again next January

Such an amazing hotel. The people there were so friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely visit again.

This was our third time at Kantary Bay. We were made so welcome by all the amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and bright with the added bonus of a washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Bottled water is provided daily.
Breakfast is buffet style with a really varied choice of food.
The lovely beach is accessed by a free shuttle bus up to the sister hotel, Cape Panwa. There are plenty of sunbeds under the palm trees.
It is in a quiet location with several restaurants nearby.
We will definitely be back next year.

Kantary Bay is an apartment/studio-hotel. It is very well maintained with wonderful staff, especially Bow (reservations) supported by M, Somjai, Nicha, Kik, Jingreed and Urai. The daily breakfast is exceptional with lovely chefs like Jinda and many other staff who all work as a team. In fact, we have just booked for another 2 months holiday from early December.
