Kantary Bay Hotel Phuket

Quiet place, spacious room, nice breakfast, friendly staffs

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Its beautiful, the breakfast is amazing. The pools are gorgeous, roof top has a spa in the pool. Great views. Beautiful food. Loved heading out at night to the local restaurants and street food. The staff make the hotel. They are all amazing and beautiful people. The guy who takes your luggage to the room is so strong, he was able to grab 2 suitcases at a time, to our hotel room, up the stairs. He made it look so easy, the look of my partner said it all. We also loved heading up to Cape Panwa Hotel and having a swim at the beach. Of course with cocktails not far away. We love the place. Coming back again in August. Value for money too.

the room and the view was exceptional. we got upgraded from a studio to 1 bedroom apartment.

We stayed for a month ,as always the service and hospitality was fantastic.All the team on the desk including Bow and Urai and all the others were so helpful at all times .The housekeepers were brilliant ,the apartment was spotless .

This was our second time to Kantary Bay Hotel and we had the most amazing and relaxing holiday. The friendly faces from the staff and how they remember you by your name is just beautiful. The location is perfect for more of a quieter holiday ,but there are still heaps of tours and taxis around for sight seeing and adventures ,if you want to head out for the day . We love the beach at there sister hotel Cape Panwa so peaceful and beautiful its an easy shuttle ride that runs between the two hotels.The hotel has got a fantastic buffet breakfast selection to start the day ,the food catered there, suits any nationality as there is a huge mix of people from around the world,and the staff working in there are just all so brilliant at there jobs , they are all so happy and friendly even when the the place is full it all runs so smooth .They also have an Italian restaurant called Uncle Nan,s which we ate at, quiet a few times and it was as good as the pasta and pizza we eat back home in Australia .The manager Joze and all his staff where fantastic so welcoming and happy nothing was a bother ,the best service and food .We loved the hotel so much, and will miss the friendly faces that greeted us especially from the front desk each time we walked past, Bow , Kik , Nicha , Jingreed ,Sudarat ,Urai , Nu . and im so sorry for all the others i have missed i can not remember all of there names but i know who they are, a huge thank you to you all for looking after us !!! The property has everything . Pools views gyms cafés restaurants .. hot plates refrigerators and microwaves with cutlery in rooms . Sister hotel is super awesome .. the beach is lovely with lots of activities . Kayak surf boards etc .. the peace and views of this location are unreal

The British colonial vibe of the property and the view were stunning. The place was clean and very comfortable to stay in. We booked 3 units for the 7 of us and were delighted to find our units were located in our own corner together, so it felt like we had the whole corner apartment to ourselves. There is a nice private beach at the sister hotel (Cape Panwa Beach Resort) we can go to anytime with the shuttle provided. Would stay again if we visit Phuket. Easy parking as well in front of the hotel.

The Kantary Bay Phuket is our favourite vacation hotel. We stayed here first time back in 2009 year and have been stayed 16 times or even more since then!

This is an exceptional place: with great location in a quieter part of Phuket, very clean everywhere: at rooms, common areas, restaurant and pools, very cozy with a lot of plants and flowers. There’s a private sandy beach not far from the hotel, you can go there by the hotel shuttle bus or even by foot (the road goes uphill, however, and it turns out to be a sporty walk:). Breakfasts are plentiful, good choice of tasty dishes.

All rooms are spacy and comfortable (we stayed at studios and one-bedroom suites), equipped with a kitchenette which comes in handy if you would like to cook and eat “at home”. The rooms have been renovated and became even more cozy.

And of course, the hotel staff is incredible – everyone is so friendly, attentive and caring, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They remember us and always welcome us with smiles, and it's like visiting old friends:) Our thousand thanks to Bow, Jingreed, Urai, Kik, Nicha, Chat for making our rest so amazing!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kantary Bay. Out of the five different hotels I visited during my vacation, this one was by far the most pleasant—it truly has its own unique soul and warmth.
While the property is not brand new, it is incredibly well-maintained, exceptionally cozy, and spectacularly green. The abundance of lush plants and beautiful trees makes the entire place feel like a peaceful tropical paradise.
What made my stay even more unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Kik and Bow at the reception. It was such a heartwarming touch that they remembered me by name; it instantly made me feel at home. Every time I had a question, they were always happy to help with genuine smiles and constantly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
I loved everything about this place. I am definitely planning to come back, and I cannot wait to bring my parents here next time to show them this hidden gem!

The property is clean , well located , the views are stunning . Rooms have good facilities . Shops close by . Lovely cafe and restaurant managed by the hotel . The beach with the sister hotel is awesome . A must stay . Highly recommend for a quiet holiday .

Вітаю !) сподобалась атмосфера: красива ухожена ділянка готелю , квіти , поруч набережна , дуже великий номер (ніби квартира). В номері все відповідало фото з Букінгу. Дуже було приємно бачити що в номері є плита , мікрохвильова піч, посуд , пральна машина .

Також це був мій медовий місяць і ми з дружиною дуже вдячні за сюрприз , який влаштувала реєстрація готелю ( тортик для нас з дружиною і лебеді на ліжку)

Люди(персонал) привітні , щирі, добрі, гостинні . Кухня була смачною 😁сніданки . І неймовірний вид з вікна )

Our stay at Kantary Bay Phuket was simply wonderful, and we could not be happier! The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and choosing this hotel was a perfect decision.
The hotel breakfasts deserve a special mention – they were absolutely delicious! Every morning we enjoyed a huge variety of fresh and incredibly tasty food, which was the perfect way to start each day of our vacation.
Another huge highlight is the private beach, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful on the entire island. It is an absolute paradise!
However, what impressed us the most and will stay in our memories for a long time is the incredible staff. The service literally went above and beyond! Everyone was always smiling, exceptionally polite, and ready to help in any situation. A special thank you goes to Nicha, Urai, and Jingreed, who made our stay truly unforgettable. They paid attention to every single detail, making us feel truly pampered and well-cared for throughout our entire stay.
We highly recommend Kantary Bay Phuket to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable holiday.
