Kantary Bay Hotel Phuket

Kantary Bay is an apartment/studio-hotel. It is very well maintained with wonderful staff, especially Bow (reservations) supported by M, Somjai, Nicha, Kik, Jingreed and Urai. The daily breakfast is exceptional with lovely chefs like Jinda and many other staff who all work as a team. In fact, we have just booked for another 2 months holiday from early December. We have lost count of how many times we have visited Kantary bay and Cape Panwa;well over 30 odd years! Everything is how we expect it. Comfortable and welcoming. Staff treat us as part of their family. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Urai and Kik and the other reception girls are always smiling and there for all our needs.Nothing is too much trouble.
Our one bedroom apartment is spacious and has large wardrobe for all our clothes we bring for our 3 month stay. We have a washing machine and ironing facillities and cooking appliances,if needed.
Everything in the hotel is spotless and is kept up to scratch by housekeeping staff.
The surrounding gardens are well kept with flowers and shrubs.
Breakfast is buffet style and there is all you need; eggs,breads,salads,fruits and assortment of cakes and Danish pasteries.

Excellent authentic Thai hotel which offers an exquisite and unique experience of Thailand at its best, offering warm hospitality in beautiful surroundings where nothing is too much trouble and everything we experienced was perfection.

This hotel is excellent, lovely spacious rooms and friendly staff. Kik and Jinsreed on reception were particularly helpful.
The pool is lovely with views across the bay. The breakfasts were great with a massive selection of food, something for everyone and the Italian restaurant and the cafe are great too with outside seating.
We would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend to anyone.

It was our second time here! we are love this place.
We will definitely come back again. There is only one minus, too many russians. Slava Ukraini.

Everything top notch!
Last time I stayed at this hotel I was here with my kids, this time on my own. Enjoyed both ways, there is so much to do and explore on the grounds of fhe hotel and the sister hotel, you have enough to do for at least a,week even without leaving the premisses. And there's the street market every night, the Phuket Aquarium at the corner, a local community if you walk 200 metres up the road, shuttle busses to Phuket town, Patong and a shopping mall. You can stay here weeks and weeks in a row and never get bored.

Ah yes, and for all returnung guests a,really good news! The hotel has now high speed internet, WIFI system is upgraded. I had an important online meeting with 40 participants and was able to conduct it without any interruptions.

Special thanks to the receptionists Kik and Bok who always had a kind word to everyone who passed by and Kik for upgrading my studio room to a one bedroom apartment with a marvelous view over the bay.

This is our secound stay on Kantary Bay and we love it! Big room, the staff is kind and the people in reception is so helpfull. Like Urai and Jingreed did our stay so mutch better! Thank you and hope to see you soon again!

I have stayed at this hotel once before and can warmly recommend it. If I travel to Thailand again, I will book this hotel. There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest beach, which is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would especially like to extend a big thank you to Urai and Jingreed, who helped us a lot.

We had our 3rd Christmas to New Year holiday at Kantary Bay hotel. We like this hotel a lot because it has spacious apartments with a big balcony, it is very tidy, breakfast is super good and the staff is so friendly and always ready to help you. This hotel has no own beach but the transportation to the sister hotel Cape Panwa takes only 5 minutes and the hotel truck is driving this route all the day. Cape Panwa beach has lot of sunbeds available, no need to prebook or worry about the availability. The beach is very relaxed if compared with those at Patong, Karon or Kata. The village is small but there are just enough restaurants to get a nice dinner and some change to the evening program. Most of the customers seemed to be from Scandinavia, Finland, UK, Germany and Italy.

Отель прекрасен. Отличный вид на море. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Ночью на улице рынок с роти и прочим. Ходил шатл до второго их отеля где великолепный пляж и хороший бар с рестораном.

Hotel had everything you would need. Shopping and restraurants right outside of hotel. Hotel has own convenient store for groceries.

Grand écran dans le salon mais également dans chaque chambre spacieuse..
Petit déjeuner parfait. Avec les délicieuses omelettes du chef!

The staff are all wonderful. The reception, waitering staff, the cleaners are all very helpful and friendly. The management team(M, Som-chai, Suderat, Bow and others) are superb. Bow organised everything perfectly for us. They all make sure everything is perfect for the guests and they have a great team of staff. Well done all. Keep up the good work !
