I liked this hotel because it was located within walking distance to many interesting sites in Hanoi; such as sightseeing and ample choices for shopping and eating. A simple, but good breakfast is served.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Kantary Bay. This hotel is a real gem ! Set in a beautiful tropical garden with great views from the rooms of the sea, it's perfect for relaxing as well as visiting Phuket Town about 15 minutes away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, very varied catering for all tastes with Thai dishes, seasonal fruits and European foods.
The bonus of the hotel is being able to go by foot or shuttle to their partner hotel where the private beach is amazing.
Finally I would to thank all the helpful staff at Kantary who are really friendly, a special mention to Bow who arranged our booking and Nicha, they both gave us a warm welcome on arrival.

Leider nicht direkt am Strand. Es gibt ein Schwesterhotel, Shuttelbus vorhanden. Ich war einmal dort, es ist kein Traumstrand. Es ist aus wie öffentliche Strand. ich war nur am Pool.

We have stayed at the Kantary Bay Hotel 7 times already, and that speaks for itself. We've never been disappointed, not once. The hotel is getting better and better every time. There is an incredibly high level of service here, and we already consider it our second home.

This time we were particularly lucky with the room — it was located right by the pool. What a joy! Waking up, opening the door and stepping right into the water is just a dream come true. I would also like to mention that the room has been updated with fresh, modern, and impeccably clean furniture. There are no creaks or worn-out items. The room offers everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette, high-quality bathroom amenities, and spotless surroundings.

However, the true gem of this hotel is its staff. They are not just employees; they are true friends to the guests. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the exceptional individuals who make this hotel a true gem: Bow, Susam, Urai, Lita, Kik, and Pupae. Thanks to you, every day of our stay here was like a fairy tale! Your warm smiles, willingness to help with any request, and attention to every detail are priceless. Thanks to you, we never feel like tourists — we feel like welcome guests.

Kantary Bay is the best hotel experience ever! Cosy apartments, wonderful territory with much plants. Mediterranean wibe makes you feel calm and happy. Breakfasts are very substantial and delicious. And the main thing is a beach, the sea is calm in all seasons, white sand and palm trees - absolute paradise! The staff is great also, friendly, kind and helpful! Room tidy is perfect. Special thanks to my dearest Bow, Kik and Ted! You've done our vacation! 🫶🏼🏝️

Отдыхала там второй раз, мне нравится, что все сделано для удобства клиента, есть комната гладильни, есть библиотека, 2 бассейна, зона ресепшн большая, один из лучших отелей.

Отель хороший, отличные номера, удобно для большой семьи, очень вкусный завтрак, порадовал вкусный кофе из кофемашины. На собственный пляж возят на автобусе на другую сторону, автобус ходит часто, в пути 3-5 минут. Рядом с самим отелем пляжа нет, только прогулочная набережная. Вечером на ней небольшой торговый рыночек из местных лавочек с разной едой, местные сами устраивают пикнички на набережной.

Room was lovely, freshly renovated with everything you need. Comfy bed and couch. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Complimentary bus to sister resort and beach is great. We will be back. Area has yummy cheap restaurants.

Absolutely amazing hotel in every way - awesome customer service, spotlessly clean accommodation, great facilities and awesome food which we enjoyed for 30 days.

Top of the list is the service - from the minute we checked in we were made to feel so welcome with friendly smiles and first class customer service from Bow, Urai, and others on the front desk.

Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with beautiful flower and towel displays celebrating my husband’s birthday. this was five star housekeeping standards.

Great facilities with two pools on site and access to the sister resort of Cape Panwa by quick shuttle bus for private beach and another pool.

Food and breakfast service was awesome, fantastic buffet breakfast with plenty of variety and everything freshly topped up throughout the morning. Special shout out to as the dining room manager and staff as it was kept spotless throughout.

Location of hotel great for restaurants at night with most less than 5 minutes walk. Same for both supermarkets 7-11 and Tops.

Awesome stay, would most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, you”ll leave feeling part of a family. We’ll definitely be back next year.

Quiet place, spacious room, nice breakfast, friendly staffs

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Its beautiful, the breakfast is amazing. The pools are gorgeous, roof top has a spa in the pool. Great views. Beautiful food. Loved heading out at night to the local restaurants and street food. The staff make the hotel. They are all amazing and beautiful people. The guy who takes your luggage to the room is so strong, he was able to grab 2 suitcases at a time, to our hotel room, up the stairs. He made it look so easy, the look of my partner said it all. We also loved heading up to Cape Panwa Hotel and having a swim at the beach. Of course with cocktails not far away. We love the place. Coming back again in August. Value for money too.
