Perfect location for the Eurostar train and to all the sights in old Little and more
Pros:

The location two blocks walk from the international train station Area 4 was perfect. The location allowed easy walking to all the sights we wanted to visit in Lille, including the old town and up to the bastion as well. Easy pick up in front of the door for my niece to stop and get us in her car.
There were strange things for our 5 night stay: now towel changes (we ordinarily keep the towels for at least 2 days_ but there were no replacements and only one roll of toilet paper and one large dish instead of 2. Reported these. Reception said there are no towels until after the 7th day.

bon plan, acces au parking de la gare simple

il manquait une porte à la chambre (cassée), la TV dans la chambre ne marchait pas, heureusement, cela n'a pas été trop préjudiciable

Bonne emplacement mais vétuste et bruyant
Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait. J'avais un spectacle au zénith j'ai mis moins de 10min et la gare est juste à côté. La vue de l'appartement est géniale.

Cons:

Pas de prise qui fonctionne dans la chambre. Les équipements restent vétustes. En pleine nuit ça crie dans le couloir et je me suis faites réveiller plusieurs fois même dans la chambre de l'appartement avec porte fermée

Pas loin de la gare

Cons:

L établissement n est pas très propre surtout au niveau de la salle de bains et des toilettes a autant cassé toilettes sales baignoire idem ...beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre ballon d eau chaude Vmc frigo qui gronde chauffage qui n a pas fonctionné la nuit....bref mauvaise expérience
