Appartement sale, sans climatisation et impossibilité d’aérer en pleine canicule.
Pros:

La localisation et la gentillesse du personnel d’accueil.

Cons:

La propreté de l’appartement laissait fortement à désirer (toilettes encrassées, douche sale). De plus, l’absence de climatisation couplée à l’impossibilité d’aérer correctement (fenêtres bloquées) a été un critère rédhibitoire en cette canicule.

Bien situé mais à rafraichir
Pros:

Idéalement placé entre les 2 gares. Un centre commercial où on trouve tout à la porte d'à côté.

Cons:

Mériterait un sérieux rafraichissement. La douche est minable, très petite, coincée dans un angle peu accessible avec un rideau de douche. Le studio n'est pas propre.

Le ménage est à revoir intégralement !
Pros:

L’emplacement centre ville, l’accès et le parking en sous sol

Cons:

La propreté n’est vraiment pas la priorité ... les 3 chambres réservées étaient sales. Nous avons dû nettoyer la salle de bain et les toilettes avant de les utiluser !! Les sols étaient sales et même pas aspirés
Les portes des placards collent, la poussières est partout .... bref je n’y reviendrait pas !

Tv en panne dans la chambre, manquait un coup d'aspirateur, wc a détartrer, portes de placard bien grasses....
