Bien placé mais propreté à revoir
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la gare de Lille et de toutes commodités. Personnel à l'accueil sympathique . Vue imprenable du 12ème étage

Cons:

La propreté laisse à désirer, c'est vieux un peu délabré et moisi. Nous avions un tas de poussière sous Le canapé lit, canapé qui a tellement bien vécu (taches de provenance non identifiées et qui grinçait à chaque mini mouvement). La douche noircie aussi aurait besoin d'être entretenue.

pratique et bien situé
Pros:

résidence bien placée, facile d'accès et bien isolée côté fenêtre malgré la proximité de la gare. Personnel sympathique et efficace.

Cons:

Isolation phonique intérieure ! réveillée à 3h par des filles qui criaient et rigolaient dans le couloir comme si elles étaient à côté de mon lit.
