La proximité de la gare ferroviaire, du centre historique et du centre commercial.

Cons:

Nécessité d'une maintenance technique plus régulière ( cf. Robinet de l'évier, lampes de chevet et bouton pression du wc nécessitant d'être resserer).

Well located apart hotel.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all key areas and stations including Eurostar.

Cons:

The furniture was a bit old and tatty. Breakfast was ok but not a full Buffett hotel breakfast you might expect in a hotel.

Easy access to the city (walk distance).
Easy access to the hotel and room with our keycard.
Next to the station.
Very calm surroundings.
Shoppingmall next to the hotel, where they also had a groceriestore.

Cons:

Only once room cleaning. While we were there for a whole week.
The kitchen had no proper range hood, nor was there a near fire alarm.
Shower was quite small.
Receptionists weren't that kind at all.
They also didn't had space for early arrivals to put luggage, so we had to walk around for 3(!!) hours in the city with our luggage. It was said that there was space for luggage on the bookingsite and on paper at the reception.

Le personnel d'accueil ne lève pas la tête de leur téléphone pour au moins dire bonjour, L parking était prévu mais complet, résultats près de 30 € de parking à Carrefour Lille Europe. Aberrant !
