Pros:

Staff was very helpful. Shuttle times were convenient for early mornings. My ceiling had condensation when I took a shower. Not sure if housekeeping knocked and I didn’t hear as I was in shower, but they quickly closed the door.

The constant alarm siren in the lobby makes the lobby a wholly unenjoyable environment. The piercing alarm for the shuttle sound off very loudly all day. Every single patron in the lobby commented or asked what the sound was.

Extra: the men's restroom door in the lobby does not close. People were getting walked in on all day.

Early cab ride overpriced. Jay Cab was recommended but I was told by cab dispatch to expect $50 to airport. Got charged $74.10. Jay cab was recommended by hotel.

Room nice and clean . Lacked lighting and soft pillows. Pillows were to stiff. A choice of pillows would be nice.
Air con VERY NOISY. Should modernize air conditioning.

Room was clean and comfortable enough but extremely noisy. Airport noise is to be expected however most of the noise came from within the building. The carpark, floors above and the room air conditioning unit.
