Staff dealt with problems promptly
The room we were given didn’t look anything like the pictures online. More of a prison cell/hostel room.
Lovely staff at reception very friendly even though it was middle of night check in nothing was too much trouble even came out to help me park up

There was a massive spider in the room and I had to deal with it myself scared to sleep alone
