The tv worked
I travelled 6 hours to get there and there was no food available , so I then had to to drive to another location for a meal did not say that when I booked , also the bed and pillows were awful and I could not get another pillow as nobody from housekeeping available,
Ideally situated near the motorway and not far from Bolton town centre.
Plenty of parking spaces .
Room was cold & couldn't get the radiator on .
Had my vehicle stolen from the carpsrk staff very unhelpful when it came to seeing cctv footage.
The bathroom was dirty and in need of a coat of paint. The bed was very uncomfortable. We could feel every spring. The hotel looked dated almost derelict. When we mentioned the bed we were told they were all the same. We had to request another duvet to try and make the bed more comfortable. The shutters at the window were coming off the rail. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and we were woken at 3.30 am twice by a fire alarm. We would have left but were visiting a very sick relative nearby. Outside on the Friday night a member of staff who I believe came from the kitchen area was outside smoking weed.there were cigarette butt's all over the floor flower baskets full of rubbish and the drive and carpark were full of potholes.
