Pros:

A nice location.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was worn and dated.
There were drawers missing from bedside units and the table.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and there was a hole in the wall next to the skirting board near the TV socket.
We only had 4 channels on the TV.
The whole room was in need of attention.
The hotel had probably been really nice years ago but if the rooms were anything like the one we had it needs a lot of money spending to bring it back to it's former glory.

Great staff our room was clean, bed was comfortable. But unfortunately we had to leave at 9pm due to our daughter going into labour. Will definitely be returning

Very disappointing. Should not be allowed to rent rooms out it this state

Cons:

Room was in a state. Paint everywhere and only half completed. Room smelt. Temperature control not working in Bath. Old metal bed that creaked. Room was totally unacceptable. No other double rooms available. Very disappointed

Everything.. I was being abused by my partner the security people kicked me out. I left and go beat up. The police got rang. I did ask them if I could stay and my partner 2 leave and they refused it and told me I had to get a taxi ome

Been a regular for a year and a half no promotions vouchers or acknowledgement of regular customer.
Pros:

Love the staff 👍

Cons:

No Chair in room Had to have a shower in another room due to faulty shower in room. Not good. 😌
