La posizione superlativa. Molto comodo arrivare alla cala sotto l'hotel appena a 5 min a piedi

Schönes Hotel mit viel Potenzial, das durch mangelnden Service und organisatorische Schwächen leider hinter seinen Mögli
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage des Hotels. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön und der direkte Zugang zur Bucht bzw. zum Strand ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Dadurch kann man je nach Lust und Laune sowohl den Pool als auch das Meer genießen. Positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass jederzeit ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste vorhanden waren und man nicht schon früh morgens reservieren musste.
Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen haben uns geschmacklich überzeugt und die Gerichte waren hochwertig zubereitet.

Cons:

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie entsprochen.
Bereits bei der Anreise entsprach das erste Zimmer mit Meerblick nicht den Bildern sowie unseren Erwartungen. Der Blick ging überwiegend auf den großen Hotelkomplex auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht. Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir glücklicherweise ein anderes Zimmer mit deutlich schönerem Ausblick auf das offene Meer. Hier sollte jedoch transparenter kommuniziert werden, dass sich die Aussicht je nach Lage des Zimmers erheblich unterscheiden kann. Außerdem empfanden wir die Zimmer als sehr klein. Besonders das offene Badezimmerkonzept hat uns nicht überzeugt – dass das WC nach oben hin offen ist und somit kaum Privatsphäre bietet, fanden wir wenig gelungen.
Der größte Kritikpunkt war jedoch der Service. Zwar gab es einzelne sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen, insgesamt wirkte das Personal jedoch meist überfordert, ungeschult und nicht besonders serviceorientiert. Die Wartezeiten beim Abendessen waren oft sehr lang und der Umgang mit den Gästen entsprach nicht dem Niveau, das man sonst erwarten kann. Teilweise wurden wir derart unhöflich behandelt, dass unsere Stimmung dadurch getrübt wurde.
Auch die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Am Anreisetag war unser Zimmer leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt (unter anderem wurde der Mistkübel nicht entleert, die Dusche war nicht sauber und Toilettenpapier fehlte). An den folgenden Tagen war die Reinigung deutlich besser. Im Poolbereich wurden leere Gläser und Flaschen häufig erst sehr spät weggeräumt und auch andere Verschmutzungen blieben längere Zeit liegen.
Enttäuschend war außerdem das gastronomische Angebot rund um die Bar. Mehrere Getränke der Karte waren nicht verfügbar und die Cocktails standen in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Für einen Piña Colada wurden 15 € verrechnet.

Stunning views with easy access to Cala Domingos!

The location and views are incredible! The front desk staff was great also.

Cons:

There were a couple of oddities. I wish the bathroom had a full door/closed completely. The parking situation wasn’t as easy as advertised. The pool is small, but the beach access is easy and the views truly are amazing from the sun beds and balconies. It was also odd that they told us no dinner reservation was available, but the restaurant seemed nearly empty at dinner time.

Top Urlaub!
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage abseits vom Massentourismus! Direkter Zugang zum Strand! Sehr gutes Frühstück! Sehr gute Matratzen, haben gut geschlafen. Freundliches Personal!

Hôtel joli , calme et bien décoré . Mais éviter la demi pension .

L’hôtel était très joli , bien décoré et la chambre super sympa ! La vue est belle et l’eau magnifique même si ….

Cons:

Grosse déception avec deux immenses constructions de club vacances juste en face de l’hôtel dans cette si jolie crique ….. vraiment dommage….. que la côte n’ai pas été préservée de ce côté alors que notre hôtel ne fait pas plus de deux étages . Et service en salle pour le restaurant catastrophique sur toute la semaine ! Personnel gentil mais pas compétent malheureusement ( beaucoup ne parle même pas anglais !) incompréhensible demi pension avec boissons payantes même l’eau …. Plats bons mais peu de choix … A 2700€ la semaine ça pique vraiment !!! Du coup c’est un gros moins sur ce point . Buffet petit dej très bien en revanche .

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage nahe am Meer. Sehr sauber, mit entspannter Atmosphäre und einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl an frischen Brötchen, Säften und vielem mehr. Besonders positiv: Bei Halbpension können zusätzliche À-la-carte-Gerichte wie Omeletts, Rührei oder Birchermüesli bestellt werden.

Cons:

Lediglich die Zimmerreinigung könnte gründlicher sein, und die Verständigung mit dem Reinigungspersonal auf Englisch war teilweise schwierig.
