The ICON Valparaiso is the perfect place for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation!
Pros:

It is beautifully situated overlooking the sea. As we were walking down the stairs from the taxi when we arrived we could see the incredibly gorgeous views. It was a magical ooohhhh ahhhhh moment! Simply stunning.
The staff were fantastic. Their customer service support was outstanding. Every single person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Cons:

The quality and pricing of some of the food items can be improved. The hot food items, especially for breakfast need work. For example, bacon always undercooked and eggs either made in microwave or made from some egg substitute. Had a very strange texture and taste. Also pricing an order of French fries/chips at almost €12 needs review. These 2 things were the only blip on a fabulous stay.

Das Hotel hat eine super tolle Aussicht über die Bucht, die man vom Zimmer aus, beim Frühstück und auf den gemütlichen Pool liegen genießen kann. Durch einen eigenen Zugang ist man innerhalb einer Minute unten am Strand. Die Zimmer sind sehr besonders und sauber - die Dusche liegt gefühlt mitten im Zimmer, sodass man während des Duschens einen Blick nach draußen aufs Meer hat, super herrlich! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt dort :)

Geweldige plek qua uitzicht en qua uitvalswegen. Uitzicht schitterend. Personeel super lief en eten was heerlijk! Terras heeft ochtend en middag zon dus fijne start van de dag. Kamer was ruim en mooi ingericht. Wel gewisseld...

Cons:

Geen normaal restaurant op loopaftstand helaas: dichtst bijzijnde dorp heeft enkel snackbars en midgetgolf... De gym kan echt niet: oud, klein, slechte apparatuur. Geen zon einde van de dag, kan ook door seizoen komen. Eerste kamer was zeer gehorig: je hoort elke voetstap op de gang en kon de buren horen praten/wc gaan/ etc.

Had the best stay at ICON Valparaiso. It was very relaxing and the service was great. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a getaway☀️
