Dyrt hotel der slet ikke imødekommer vores forventninger, billeder snyder meget.

Dårlig kommunikation , beskidte værelser
Vand vælter ud ved lamper med strøm i på badeværelset, hotellet tilbyder ikke nyt værelse, i stedet for fixer de utætheden , men alligevel er utæt hvor vi bliver meget utrygge over situationen pga. strøm kan får stød.
El kedel defekt, stol beskidt.
Meget slidte værelser, samt meget beskidt, teske under bordet fjernet først efter 3 dage, osv.
Man bliver træt af at klage, over for personalet der ikke kan snakke engelsk.
Hotellet er ikke pengene værd.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, avec un choix satisfaisant.

Le seul point négatif concerne la piscine. Elle est davantage adaptée à la natation qu'à la détente, et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Si vous recherchez un espace pour vous relaxer, cela peut être un peu décevant.

O quarto era bom.
O café da manhã era muito bom, bem variado. Local espaçoso e agradável.
A localização próxima do metro.

Achei ruim a proximidade com a estação de trem.
Tivemos um problema ao chegar porque nossa reserva foi cancelada e como estávamos sem acesso aos emails, estávamos em transito, soubemos somente quando chegamos para fazer o check in. A reserva foi cancelada porque estava em meu nome e o cartão de crédito em nome do meu marido, o qual foi utilizado posteriormente para pagar o hotel. Conseguimos depois de um tempo, um quarto mas não era o que fizemos a reserva. Nunca tínhamos passado por isso, sendo que sempre usamos a mesma forma para reserva.

Pros:

Location is okay. Close to Shanghai railway station which is always busy.

Cons:

The property is strong 4 star hotel, not 5. Breakfast area is too small. The whole hotel is just too dark.
The staff are helpful, but from another side they are very obsessive and annoyingly asking you to leave a good review, I find it inappropriate and not matching a 5 start hotel vibe at all.
