Pros:

Great location, great bed, convenient to and from the airport, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and markets. Super nice staff. Free on-site parking in the backyard.

Cons:

The hotel was maybe a little old; the AC was super loud and could not be turned off. The toilet water tank was leaking all night, and it would somehow make a big noise like someone flushed, but actually no one did.

Staff was wonderful to me including gentleman that took me to airport. Everyone went over and beyond to make sure i was safe and taken care of at a bad time in my life....THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

Our stay was good.
Pros:

The location was good, we felt safe. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It seemed our A/C wasn't cooling like it should but, it wasn't too bad. The one thing that was frustrating is the soda/water machine on our floor (3rd) would only take coins & $1 bills. It wouldn't take a bank card nor a larger bill like $5 or $10. That was frustrating! We stayed on the 3rd floor & one doesn't want to get dressed and go all the way down to the front desk to purchase bottled water or soda...but I did:(

Comfortable, welcoming and a great cup of coffee in the morning with breakfast!
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was a single woman traveling alone, and I felt very welcomed. The view from the room was lovely and it was very quietly.

Cons:

The main light to the room was out and I had a hard time navigating in the dark to find a light. I was too tired to deal with it at the time.

One of my nicest experiences at a hotel ever. Staff was very friendly. Facilities were an excellent condition. The room was very nice, well appointed the breakfast buffet was very nice.

Pros:

Beautiful location with trees and scenes of nature. The breakfast is always outstanding and staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I did not like that there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room. This is the very first time I ever encountered a room at Hampton without these amenities. Additionally, the TV was extremely old and small. I expected a much larger flat screen.
