Cons:

Öffnungsmöglichkeit der Fenster war nicht gegeben, Pool wird vom Reinigungspersonal ignoriert - wir waren ein paar Tage zuvor ebenfalls hier und es standen nach wie vor verschmutzte Becher herum und auch die Fußtacken im Freibereich wurden nicht gereinigt

Nice hotel in convenient location
Pros:

The Adina is a comfortable hotel in a convenient location in Perth. We could easily walk to the bus and train station to use the public transportation. And we were an easy walk to many sites.

Pros:

Great location. Very clean and functional apartment rooms for travellers requiring comfort and self catering facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Apartments really large! Highly recommended

The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Noise from the bar underneath meant had to use air conditioning at night. Air conditioning didn't seem to work in the bedroom.

Very convenient and lovely staff
Pros:

It was so close the station and the theatre which we were attending, the apartment had plenty of room

Cons:

Down the street a little attracted  “patrons who may be disruptive due to alcohol” and the TAB
That was a little bit confronting for the elderly people I was travelling with
