Pros:

In a great location. Close to lots of shopping including Woolworths. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Whole apartment was clean. I would stay again.

Cons:

Car park is squeezy for bigger cars. Would recommend calling ahead and letting them know if you have a large car.

After many successful stays at the Adina, sadly, this was probably our last.
Pros:

Location is great and pub directly beneath

Cons:

There was an overwhelming smell in the lifts and common areas. General maintenance in the room a little lacking - air con unit worked but had broken and missing grilles - exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work - bedside lamps were impossible to turn off …..

Location was good. Near to Perth station and many eateries. Hot water was fast.

Cons:

I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay as i had a trip to Margaret river. First room the fridge was leaking and had to be fixed. there was no hair dryer. I didnt know abt the hair dryer until i stayed in the second room. Second room the air conditioner was wonky. Could not adjust as the buttons were broken. had to ask the handyman to set twice. It was quite cold and rather disappointing.
