Pros:

Nice and clean, Staff was friendly, We would stay there again, The breakfast did not have any cut up fruit and only plain bagels but otherwise good.

Pros:

The location was close to many downtown attractions. The valet staff was outstanding provided excellent meal choices.

Cons:

the quality of tissue in the bathrooms was far below what was expected, public bathrooms have better quality. For the price of the room two ply toilet tissue isn't too much to ask for. The hvac was loud sounded like it was going to explode any second.

Pros:

breakfast was very good, shower was nice and large, location was perfect, parking was also perfect for area

Cons:

check in was longer because reservation couldnt be found, asked front desk about which floor had vending machine and they said all of them found none of the floors had a vending machine, elevator was very noisy and unpleasant, room ac was very loud had a normal setting but would turn on and sound like a trash truck very loud then stop for awhile instead of just a nice steady run, tv remote was terrible would go back and forth trying to select channels.

Best Hampton Inn
Pros:

One of the best Hampton Inns we've stayed at in a very long time. From check-in to check-out, top notch service. The breakfast selection was pretty good as well. The breakfast staff were very helpful and pleasant. In my opinion, most Hampton Inns are going downhill, definitely not this one!!! Highly recommend.

Great overall value, inconvenient parking.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Hot & very well supplied. Betty was exceptionally helpful & such a joyful jewel to your property. The hotel was clean & conveniently located. The only surprise was that parking at this property is located underground almost a block away. Valet parking was $25 per night which I opted to pay as a female traveling in the rain & bitter cold, I didn't feel safe parking & walking in the dark. I wish that would have been disclosed on the website. Other than that it was a pleasant stay & in a beautiful area.

Cons:

The usb port & outlet between the beds on the night stand in room 617 don't work.

Great location!
Pros:

We liked that it was in the riverfront and we could walk down Main Street easily. Enjoyed the balcony as well.
