Our stay was great; we really enjoyed the location’s close proximity to the river and Falls Park.
Pros:

New or recently remodeled, very clean and friendly staff. Parking was very convenient and inexpensive.

Cons:

My only complaint is the fitness “closet” was the smallest one I’ve ever seen.It only had one treadmill and one bike, crammed in an extremely small room with one bench, dumbbells and cable apparatus. There was only space for 1-2 people (MAX) at a time to exercise.

Pros:

The breakfast staff was fantastic and very friendly. Enjoyed the omelets and waffles. Valet was super friendly and engaged in friendly conversation. Room was clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the balcony and bell clock. Location is great for a nice walk with stores and river front. Close to the Zoo and Children's museum. Both great attractions. Recommend and would stay again!

Cons:

Only thing that could have been better, is if we stayed longer.

Great location in the city of Greenville river walk area

Cons:

The5th floor hotel room window looked into a narrow alley like space. Only thing visible was the adjoining building.
