Will not recommend.
Pros:

Location was no parking, Had to use valet. Breakfast was bland. room chairs were very uncomfortable, desk was set up close to air so you could not use it.

Cons:

Better room chairs. re arrange desk away from AC. Provide maps to parking and local events.

Horrible front desk customer service
Pros:

Horrible customer service at the front desk. Could not be bothered and made my check in process extremely stressful. Would not recommend this property after what I experienced. Rooms are also gross.

The stay was great
Pros:

The location was great and so was the staff

Cons:

The comforter had some spots on them and when I pulled back the covers there was hair in the bed. They took care of the issue promptly and moved me to another room

This was our second time staying there because we enjoy everything about it. The staff; concierge, breakfast staff, room maintenance, everyone was the best. Breakfast great. Location is excellent.

Perfect Location!
Pros:

The location is perfect! We had a nice view of the Reedy River, and we walked to Fluor Field for an event. The staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. We have already talked about plans to return!

The value of most hotels isn’t good. A place to sleep and have breakfast for $200 is hard to swallow.
