Beautiful location, lovely city.
Pros:

Wonderful location with ready access to everything downtown. Very walkable city. Great variety of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Loved the Riverplace and all that city offers. Pleasure staff, very accommodating to our needs and request.Front desk attendant, Only went above and beyond to assist with a room location issue and quickly got us moved to another room much better for rest and relaxation.

Cons:

Wish we had been made aware of construction by the city next door. The surprise of our balcony room being right above the construction was jarring at 7am in the morning. Awaking to drills and hammering was not what we expected. But the staff worked immediately to accommodate us when the matter was addressed.

Hotel was overpriced, good location, pleasant staff, and unacceptable valet parking lot.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

I paid for valet parking and received my car back in less than 24hrs from what I was told the "tree lot" and not the parking garage. The breakfast option was decent. There is no good outdoor seating.

Pros:

I LOVED the staff, location, and omg the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! It smelled WONDERFUL! The front desk staff and guys at the valet were SWEETHEARTS. We can’t wait to come back!
