Pros:

Très bel hôtel, des chambres confortables, un grand parking gratuit facilement accessible, un coin rafraîchissement de qualité et un petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Nous avons testé également le restaurant de l'hôtel qui était très bon, bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Il faut compter un bon 30 min à pied pour rejoindre le centre, ça peut être un frein pour certaines personnes. Actuellement, il y a beaucoup de travaux autour de l'hôtel donc ce n'est pas évident d'y accéder.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and family friendly.
Pros:

Clean, spacious and friendly staff.
They also allowed us to change our booking for one less night, last minute, due to 2 cancelled flights which they didn’t have to do!

Cons:

The location is a little random for such a big hotel. Luckily, we had rented a car, but for future guests, I feel they may need to know that if you’re not local, you’ll need to pre plan bus routes or walk to Haarlem station (40 min walk)

Un hôtel bien situé et neuf.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et très calme. Elle possédait un grand balcon. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner très complet.

Cons:

Le lit était malheureusement trop mou pour nous et la lumière trop faible dans la salle de bain. Il n'y avait pas de plateau d'accueil car il y a un salon pour prendre le café (gratuit et réservé aux hotes)

Wir würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, Toilette und Badezimmer waren getrennt, das Bett war sehr bequem, man konnte ein Fenster öffnen für frische Luft, das Personal war sehr freundlich, unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen, das Auto kann kostenlos geparkt werden, das Restaurant hatte Abends eine gute Auswahl an Speisen zu moderaten Preisen, Haarlem City ist fußläufig erreichbar in ca 20 Minuten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Im Moment gibt es eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dran ändern.

Perfekter Kurztrip mit 12 Mädels, besser geht‘s nicht!
Pros:

Superschönes Hotel mit nettem Personal.
Ein absolut tolles Frühstücksbufett mit allem was das Herz begehrt und einem tollen Service.

Close to the train station.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was terrible. There never was enough food put out for the amount of guests. Too much time in between bringing out more food. Also if there were eggs there was no bacon. If yogurt, no fruit. Coffee was good.

Excellent hôtel, mes services au restaurant à organiser.
Pros:

Le confort et la modernité de la chambre

Cons:

Le service est inégal selon le personnel rencontré. Un particulier au restaurant ., selon le secteur desservi par la serveuse, la prestation n’est pas la même. Le service nous apparaît des organisés sans manager pour donner les tempo. Nous avons attendu le second soir malgré les demandes, la serveuse était absente. Il me semblait pas donner priorité aux autres tables qui la sollicitait également. C’est une autre serveuse d’un secteur différent qui a résolu notre souci. Un sourire par certaines hôtesses d’accueil ne serait pas de trop.
