We stayed at Mandolay Hotel for one night, for a concert at G Live. It is literally across the road, it could not be more convenient.
From checking in to checking out, every member of staff we came across was friendly yet professional and they seemed to genuinely want you to be having a good stay

Wow what excellent service. I arrived late in the evening as a single female. The gentleman on the front desk Yudis, was professional, efficient and went above and beyond. He told me of the 2 parking areas and which would be most appropriate for my needs. He asked and listened for my reasons for the visit and proceeded to assist with directions for my meeting the next day. I was given a token for a complimentary drink! The room was beautiful, clean and I had a great nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel again. Excellent service and room. Thank you.
Staff are very welcoming and professional, on arrival there is a good vibe about the place, has a nice decor and good quality rooms. Comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Parking is an additional fee and this adds at least £16 to each night stay.

We stayed one night in an executive accessible room as we were attending an event close by.
First impressions were excellent. Sunita was warm, welcoming and attentive. Our room was spotlessly clean, although a bit chilly even with heating turned up. Shower in wet room was hot, but water spread over bathroom floor as not draining fast enough.
We were disappointed there was little food choice in the bar or for room service on Sunday evening after our return from the theatre at about 9:45 pm. We only wanted a sandwich.
The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and good quality.
The staff were brilliant, especially Louie
