The hotel was in disrepair and absolutely filthy there were stains all over carpets the walls were all marked and filthy a damp dirty smell throughout the rooms decor was so old and paint was flaking off furniture was all chipped and marked I could go on but we didn’t stay in afraid it was not a place you could sleep in. Unfortunately it completely ruined our weekend as we were visiting friends but had to come home as we couldn’t get another hotel at short notice.
I will say that Joyce the staff member that helped us get a refund was very helpful.

I would’ve liked to have a bath, as the shower only executive room was a surprise , from the room images - but I’d still highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the Mandolay with a baby and dog and we had a great experience! In the room, they provided very nice touches for the baby and the dog and all the staff was so lovely and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room also had strong air con, which I appreciated! Definitely recommend recommended!

Very small room for the cost. Marks all over the walls. I’ve stayed in better travel lodges. Needs to some work. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were the worse I’ve ever seen.
