Pros:

フロントの方が感じが良くて安心しました。
アプリには不安があってタクシーを呼ぶお願いにも対応していただきありがたかったです。

Cons:

朝食の白米のレベルが少し残念でした。
(ワッフルやミニスイーツは美味しかったです。)

ファミリールームに滞在しましたが、廊下へ出るドアが2つ有る事を事前に知らせて欲しかったです。
(夜中に寝ぼけた家族がうっかりトイレのドアと間違えて外に出てしまいました。)

部屋のスリッパが持ち帰りタイプのものだけで履きにくかったので、ちゃんとしたスリッパもあって欲しかったです。

コインランドリーがない。
施設説明にはランドリーバックに入れてカウンターに持ってきてくれとあったが、徒歩10分のコインランドリーを案内された。
