One of my favorite hotels during our Japan trip!
Pros:

The view was amazing and the breakfast was top tier! They had Hokkaido milk yogurt and local cover honey! And the staff were so awesome! Shout out to Mr. Shim! You're awesome dude! He wrote on a post card for my mom and even drew a samurai and Mt Fuji!

Cons:

Literally the ONLY thing was the central ac/heat. It was set to a certain degrees for the entire hotel and all rooms. But they offered a fan at the front desk and that helped us sleep so much better.

リラックスできた！
Pros:

ベットがよく、しっかり眠れました。
シャワーヘッドがリファだったので、とても気持ちよかったです。

不在市中心札幌站，要搭南北綫3個站到中島公園站Exit 2或3. 但沿途都是半融雪的行人路，拖住行李是有點困難 。5分鐘的路程變15分鐘 。
Pros:

三人房房間夠大，景觀一流 。硬件較舊但看得出酒店努力在軟件上補償 。用的是Refa價值3萬日元的花灑及全套Refa沐浴套裝 ，早餐食材都非常不錯 ，補回不少分數 。

Cons:

整體酒店較舊，沒有企缸，但還好暖氣系統沒有霉味 。沒有冷氣只有暖氣，間中感到悶熱 。

Poor room service menu that lets you go hungry
Pros:

I stayed in the 41sm room. It’s lovely. The walk to the Nakajima Koen station is a pleasant 4-min. They provide free drinks and consommé from 1pm-7pm.

Cons:

It’s horrible that the management tries to make money by providing 2 types of very restrictive set Japanese dinner for room service costing 4,400yen and 3,800yen. I had wanted to order pasta, pizza or other food but there is nothing. This is the first 5-star hotel that has no food choice for customers.
