Pros:

離中島公園超級近旁邊有很多北海道在地超市跟seven Lowsan便利性很高，不會太吵

Cons:

停車場出入口不明顯也不太方便，地下停車場很髒亂都是沙子泥土

Excellent location, helpful staff, room with a great view (18th floor).
Pros:

Location - easy walking distance to Susukino and Tanuki-Koji; beautiful Nakajima Koen and the Japanese garden that formed a part. I had difficulty making a reservation for a highly respected and authentic Sukiyaki restaurant - they were very suspicious of 'inbound' tourists. The front staff was able to secure a reservation on my behalf. The bar on the 25th floor was also excellent - very reasonably priced and great staff.

Nothing at all.
