今回3度目の宿泊で初めて朝食を頂きましたが、大変美味しかったです。
特に有りません、また是非利用させて貰います。
Very nice hotel with reasonable price. Hotel is nearby a beautiful park. Inside the park, there is concert hall, but there is not show during our stay. Also, there is an observation station which offers to view sun, moon and other stars for free. It is not closed to train station, need to take metro to get hotel from train station.

The room was nice with a beautiful view. It’s located near a park, and it’s very convenient to walk to nearby convenience stores.
The Japanese staff provided very good service overall. However, at check-in, we were assisted by a staff member who didn’t seem to be Japanese. They charged us 3,400 yen for parking and tax, even though the correct amount should have been only 2,400 yen. We paid it at the time, but later found out at check-out that it was a mistake. The hotel then refunded us 1,000 yen.
What was very disappointing is that I booked two rooms, and one of them included breakfast. However, the same staff member insisted that there was no breakfast included, even though I showed the confirmation from Booking.com clearly stating “breakfast included.” They told me to contact Booking.com myself, which was quite unreasonable since I already had proof.
After I contacted Booking.com, they coordinated with the hotel and confirmed that breakfast was indeed included. However, the hotel still refused to provide it. In the end, Booking.com had to compensate me for the breakfast instead.
The hotel did not take responsibility at all. I’m very disappointed.
有幸遇上雪季的最後一場大雪，讓第一次賞雪的我們興奮不已，特地到飯店後面的中島公園感受雪花滿身和打雪仗的感覺
房間空間很大舒適，下午還有飲料吧和熱湯可以取用
原本已是雪季最後雪都快融完了，昨晚下了一晚大約是最後的一場雪
從20樓房內超大窗戶往外看，中島公園變成一片銀白世界 好美～
房間空間夠大，浴室外還另有梳妝洗漱的空間非常方便，飯店大廳後面落地窗往外看就是中島公園，下午有免費果汁和熱湯，可以坐在那裡享受悠閒的時光
旁邊是中島公園，房間景觀很好，有迎賓飲料跟熱湯，雖然飯店不新但整體是乾淨的
離地鐵站需要走一小段路，不算遠但如果冬天下雪的話行李不好拖
