Pros:

Personal atento y agradable.
Todo muy limpio y nuevo
El desayuno muy bueno y completo. Sin duda lo mejor es el horario tan amplio que tiene para la hora del desayuno.
Es estupendo que puedes servirte un café las 24 horas del día, como cortesía de la casa.

Cons:

Las almohadas me resultan muy incómodas
El agua de la ducha se sale toda por abajo ya que no tiene goma por abajo y se pone todo perdido.
Hay un aplique que tienen que arreglar que está salido de la pared.
En cuento al desayuno eche en falta un poco de jamón en loncha y algo más de fruta como los plátanos.

És un hotel utilitari sense cap mena de luxe
Pros:

L’habitació era força gran, el llit molt comfortable i el parquing gran i pràctic.

Cons:

L’esmorzar és poc variat i de baixa qualitat.
L’hotel està a mitja autopista i el soroll se sent des de l’habitació.

Pros:

Excellent value for room and bathroom size. Safe secure free underground parking. Easy 15 minute walk to trains into the City. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Airconditioning wasn't operating even though both days I was here it was +28 degrees. Staff were very apologetic but couldn't offer a solution and said Management suggested i open my window - which faces an 8-lane highway. A fan was offered on my second day which somewhat helped. Very disappointed in Management's lack of urgency in resolving the issue and lack of response to my query to them. Booking.com however were very quick to respond which was much appreciated.

Great value for money with excellent staff
Pros:

It was great value for money with secure parking included in the price. Rooms were large and clean. Most of all staff were friendly and helpful with advice on where to eat etc.

Cons:

Nothing really other than the cost for having a dog staying with you.

Pros:

Pregunte antes de reservar por el aire acondicionado y si funcionaba a lo cual la recepción me aseguro que si , que funcionaba , despues de hacer la reserva y llegar al hotel nos encontramos que NO FUNCIONA, a lo que la recepción me respondió que no es su problema
