Room was okay for the price, seemed clean. Had a mold smell but

Excellence location and closed of The Mall Ramkhamhaeng but The mall don't open full option. I like to stay here because of can walk to Starbucks inside The mall.
So easy walk to Ratchamangkla night market.Can go to Partunam & The mall Bangkapi by boat and look sing seeing of Sanseab canal. I like it because closed of Suvarnaphumi airport also.Breasfast so nice food of international and indian food some items. I like chicken boiled rice so delicious food too.

Very friendly staff, nice homey hotel. Fell in love with Season. Will definitely come back

- Good location because closed of Department store and have express port go to Pratunam area and central of Bangkok.
- Can walk go to local market on Ramkhamheng road. I like thai food and local food because of many halal food and vegetarian food also.
- Very nice of hotel and Soft bed and good of Pillow.
- Room and bathroom so small but clean and good smell.
- Breakfast so delicious because of have Indian food also i like it so much.
- I like cereal and fresh milk so much.

I stayed at this place because I need to go to the land office, Bangkapi. I also need to go to the airport afterward.
The location of the hotel located on a narrow ally. Short walk to the main street is required to get taxi. Hotel personnel wouldn’t assist in getting luggage out of taxi.

The outlet in the room are accessible from the bathroom only. However the bedding was clean and neat.

長年使っていますが、新型コロナ後は今回初めての宿泊。
以前と変わった点としては、
①客室でのWIFIが無料で提供されるようになった。 これは大変嬉しい変化です。
②朝食バフェが少人数用でロビー使用。 さらに宿泊者が少ない場合はロビーで個別に朝食が提供されるようになりました。 私が宿泊中は、7泊中2回がバフェ形式で5回が個別朝食でした。 以前よりも食事のバラエティは減りましたが、朝食としては十分な内容です。 まだ宿泊数が十分に確保できないようなので、今後変わってくる可能性が高いです。
③だいぶ年季の入った建物ですが、部屋は清潔に保たれています。
④今回は最上階の8階に宿泊しましたが、以前一時的に窓を箪笥で塞ぐような仕様になったことがあり、大変残念でしたが、今回は窓が復活しました。
⑤その代わり窓の前の机の上に冷蔵庫が鎮座するようになりました。 テレビが壁掛け式になってテレビ台に置いてあった冷蔵庫が机上に移動したみたいです。 しかしこれは是非床面にでもいいので、机上からは取り除いてもらいたいです。
⑥クローゼットもリストラされ、机の上に簡単なハンガーラックが設置されました。 上着はいいとして、スラックスをぶら下げると机にぶつかって邪魔になります。 しかしこの程度はホテル料金を考えると致し方ないかもしれません。
⑦ホテル自体の問題ではありませんが、隣にあるモール・ラムカムヘン（モール3）がほとんど廃墟状態です。 3階から上は閉鎖されています。 飲食店としては、8番ラーメン、ナイン（9）、スターバックスの3店のみでした。 上の階にあったフードコートはもちろんありません。
ラムカムヘン通りを挟んだ反対側のモール3の半分は相変わらず更地のまま。
外での飲食が近場で確保できないのはちょっと不便です。
⑧あと数年でラムカムヘン通りに地下鉄？が開通するようですので、それまで辛抱するしかないかもしれません。
それまではVISAタッチや便利なアプリが使えるようになったエアコン・バスを活用して動き回るしかありません。
⑨ホテルスタッフの皆さんは、相変わらずとてもフレンドリーです。 中心地から離れてはいますが、飲食店の件を除けば、利用目的にもよりますが、とてもコストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。

設施，好舊 冷氣好嘈 床單好污糟有污跡

This hotel was previously managed by International Hotel Chain and already quite old. Located not in the main road but opposite with one of local shopping mall.

Room are spacious, clean and breakfast items not many choices but still good as you may think about the Value for Money.

Another good things also their team are very responsive as in the first night our Air Con in the room are not working well and they came to fixed it so quickly.

運河のボートを利用してホテルので移動しました。桟橋に到着後、ショッピングモールの駐車場を横切ればホテルの正面玄関につきます。朝食は、団体客が観光バスで出発する9時直前が混雑しますので、7:00-8:00の利用をお勧めします。7Fに滞在しましたが、シャワーの水量は十分あり、温度も熱く満足でした。

The hotel was affordable and near convenient stores and restaurants. We went to the BTS concert and it was a good location. The area is busy at night, lots of vendors (food that is being sold looks great) so it’s not scary to walk from rajamangala stadium back to the hotel.

There are a lot of eating places around.
Buses and canal boats were very convenient.

My experience was great! The staff are wonderful, hard-working and very friendly! They make an extra effort to ensure visitors have an enjoyable vacation. The whole resort is kept extremely clean and comfortable. I would and have recommended this hotel to everyone I know. There were a few staff members who went above and beyond and I plan on returning as soon as possible!

The property is suitable for the persons who do not expect anything from the stay. The rooms are small with typical smell without windows. Once you inform them the housekeeping comes and sprays the room freshener as a formality. Bathroom is small. The management needs to give a serious thought for the cleanliness and overall service of the property. Wifi service is only available in lobby. The water taxi station is just walking distance and you can reach Sukhumvit within 15 -20 minutes by boat for Baht15.....

Convenient and nice people

Obviously good for the area standard.Very noicy place (construction work at the time). Refuse to order you taxi. nice people, but dont weigh up the minuses. Sloppy roomservice, dirty shower and bathrooms

Thankful for the friendly staff who can speak English! The room was also adequately equipped with the basic facilities, so that was sufficient for my one night stay!

Overall the hotel was nice. The bedroom was clean and it has all the basic amenities such as soap, shampoo and all except for toothbrush and toothpaste.
It will be good if they can renovate the toilet as the toilet is the only part of the hotel that is lacking. The silicon holding the glass door for the shower area was peeling off and the ledge that was holding the glass door was also loose.

Very disappointed following my stay at this hotel last week. This hotel is in need up updating and quite frankly a good clean up. Hotel appears great on advertising photos but indeed is not. Please all be aware that whilst this hoteI might advertise itsself as having a gym, it does not. The hotel is located at a great distance from the centre of Bangkok and will cost you 300 Baht to travel, by taxi, one way. This hotel advertises itself as being in a great location, it is not. I might add however that there is a water taxi service located close by that will take you close to the centre of Bangkok and is mainly used by the local people, this will cost you 15 Baht, one way. In the room,the shower had extensive mould, the laminate floor was coming up. some skirting board was missing. The only redeeming factor for this hotel was that the staff where very accomodating and genuingly friendly, In particular the gentleman who works behind the bar and serves the food. This gentleman was a credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for his service. If it wasnt for the excellent hotel staff, then i would have rated this hotel lower. I have stayed in worse hotels and given them higher ratings, always bearing in mind the cost of the room. This hotel is actually expensive considering and hence the rating reflects.

I stay there for bussiness with my college.
Location not really near city, but near a supermarket and mall, so easy to get snack
But there is no wifi at room and the room not clean enough.
Breakfast good, have a lot menu

Me and my husband arrived for the end of our honeymoon around 10am. Receptionist said we couldn’t check in until 2pm because “rooms weren’t ready” however he did say if we paid more (500baht) then we can do an early check in...He suggested we go check out the mall near by while we wait. The mall didn’t open for another 2 hours. The hotel is in the middle of a large construction area so hard for taxis to come or find transportation. Walking distance to a road was about 25-30 mins due to construction. Also keep in mind the hotel only has Wi-Fi in the lobby (which could use a major upgrade: floorboards rising, water leaking from ceiling). I can’t wait to see the rooms (when we finally get in) and the rest of their hospitality.
