Came to town for the BTS concerts and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone there for a show or event at the college
Pros:

Everything…the staff was incredible especially Sinnoh. And it smells so clean. That was the first thing I noticed when I checked in. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool and hot tub and both were warm. The location is great if you have business at the college located behind it. Excellent place to stay!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I didn't have body wash the whole time.
And I didn't have time, because I was there on business and worked crazy hours, to ask someone to fill the dispenser. I would expect that would be part of their routine, without me bringing it to their attention...so I used my coworkers room across the hall to shower

I have stayed here many times and tonight I was lucky to waited on by Danny. He approached me with a big welcoming smile and a friendly greeting. He helped me select a suitable room and took care of some side matters. Outstanding customer service!

It's a great location if you have a loved one at Las Palmas Medical center.

Cons:

The beds are very firm, a little too firm for me. The bathroom has no ventilation, so a steamy room when you take a shower.

Amazing service!
Pros:

These folks are amazing! Showed up at last minute due to airline rerouting me to ELP instead of ABQ. They managed an airport pickup (free!) for me and my bike, stored my bag and were generally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Easy walking to university area shops. Free trolley to downtown right outside the hotel. It’s a “garden inn” so don’t expect sparkling new facilities, but everything is clean and functional. Most importantly, the service is five stars — better than you’d find at most of Hilton’s fancier brands. Would definitely stay again.

Great El Paso choice
Pros:

The front desk person was top-notch. She instantly made us feel welcome and helped us with questions about checking in, parking, guest laundry, etc. Our room was clean and tidy.

I had breakfast in the lobby restaurant the next morning, opting for a simple breakfast sandwich (a buffet option is also available). Not only was I promptly greeted and welcomed but thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast.

There are plenty of dining locations within a short walk. I wish we had time to explore more of them.

During a quick shower after checking in, I noticed the shower had two shampoo bottles and a conditioner bottle and not (what I assumed should have been) a shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I called the front desk and the correct amenities were brought up and replaced.

There also seemed to be some sluggishness with the elevators (only one of the two appeared to be working).

That all, said, I enjoyed this place and if I return to El Paso, I would likely stay here again.
