Sympa mais la fréquentation aux alentours gâche tout…
Pros:

Le personnel était sympathique et compréhensif. Ils ont tout fait pour pallier les défauts de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Les fréquentations aux alentours de l’hôtel gâchent réellement l’expérience (bruits jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit : hommes alcoolisées et autres et la police ne se déplace plus…). L’insonorisation laisse vraiment à désirer. Le confort des enfants est complètement oublié : chaise haute très sales et lit bébé très inconfortable (j’ai dû demandé à doublé le « matelas » qui en réalité n’en était pas un…).
Les bus qui se garent devant l’hôtel pour y séjourner bloquent les trottoirs alors circuler avec une poussette peut devenir compliqué..

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is wel located as stop close to Paris for further travel more to the south of France. Public transport to Paris (Tour Eiffel) is good and takes approximately 50 minutes.
The rooms are small but have comfortable beds and bathroom. Breakfast was good.
It was convenient to park our car in the underground parking (extra fee).

Cons:

The benches in the breakfast area are in a bad condition at some tables.

Stanza angusta e con un odore cattivo, arredamento datato, unica finestra rotta e aria condizionata guasta a fine luglio!! Personale davvero scortese e per niente professionale. Abbiamo chiesto se potevano spostarci in altra loro struttura dato che non eravamo stati avvisati per tempo del guasto dell'aria condizionata ma si sono limitati a dirci che potevano rimborsarci e di cercarci altro posto nonostante 2 minori di cui 1 disabile. Zero collaborazione ma soprattutto zero cortesia e professionalità. Mai più in un hotel della loro catena!!!
