Checked in with Destiny.Awesome young lady very friendly,polite and so helpful.Room was excellent,very very clean.At checkout was Amie very nice and helpful.My husband is handicapped and everyone went out of their way to be helpful.Definitely will be back.We decided for treatment like that we will stay in Shawnee and drive into OKC.for our appointment.

I asked the employee at the front desk if they had some filtered water and she told me that they had $2.50 bottles in the vending machine, and when I went breakfast the next morning they ended up having a filtered water in the machine. The air conditioner in the room did not work that great it was hot in our room.

front desk attendant at check in was not welcoming, almost seemed inconvenienced. key readers were old and barely worked. out dated, very small quarters for breakfast. no water or coffee offered in the lobby area.
