Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Northwest

Upon entering the hotel we smelled pot! Our room had disgusting stained mattresses so we switched rooms only to find roaches!!! We checked out and into another hotel! Never stay here!!!!

Great short stay but could be good for a long stay as well close to the highway and straight shot to downtown

I liked the spacing on the suite, that's about it.

This was a disappointing stay for my family. Not up to Marriott standards or up to our expectations. There were ceiling stains in the hall, the carpet in our suite was dirty and stained, the furniture was in need of repair, and we had to make adjustments to the toilet to keep it working. A particularly unfriendly staff member turned all the lights off in the dining area just as some customers were still trying to serve themselves. We had another stay scheduled at this location, but canceled it to avoid repeating the experience.

Breakfast did the job. Options were fair and fresh waffles are a welcomed treat.

Rooms are a little dated, would benefit from a walk in shower. But that is my preference.

I was concerned when I read the negative reviews but we had a very pleasant stay. Only complaint was the unattractive carpet in the hallways!

Stayed here with my toddler for a few nights while visiting family. Emani was especially kind and helpful. The room itself however was unimpressive. The kitchenette was okay and so was the bed and vanity area. However the ceiling fan in the room over the bed was clearly not balanced and rocked precariously back and forth, it made me nervous that it would fall on me and my toddler. I let the front desk know and they said they'd tell maintenance but nothing ever happened. There were also holes in the wall, unfinished or broken tiles with sharp edges in the bathroom that i had to watch to ensure my toddler didn't get cut on them, and mold in the shower. I was hoping to have fun with her in the pool as well but it clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages. At least the breakfast was good, but it doesn't make up for the overall disappointing stay. :/

Worse experience ever. They never cleaned our room, never brought clean towels, etc. Called the front desk6-8 times, but no one answered the phone. Food (breakfast) was inedible. Coffee and juice were good. Killed a roach on bathroom wall. Check-in and checkout I had to search all over the 1 st floor to find someone to check me in. One day I personally requested clean towel and clean room. The front desk assured me they would make sure it happened( about one PM). Nothing was done when I returned at 6pm. Could not find any person in or around the front desk to talk to. Called the front desk 4 more tomes….. no one ever answered the phone, so I left messages but they were ignored. Finally at 9;50 PM someone arrive at our door with clean towels. Request that the following someone clean our room, make the bed, and take away all the used towels and washcloths. No one showed up. I could go on but what’s the use. Your ratings for this hotel are so exaggerated. I don’t plan to rely Hotels.com help select or reserve lodging.

Very friendly, clean, comfortable

Maids never knocked before they open the door, one of the elevators smelled like cat urine. No water fountains worked. There was no water in the gym cooler.

The elevator smelled foul, and there was a significant amount of food spilled in it that was not cleaned up in the three days I was there. The room was dingy, the bed lumpy. Couldn't wait to leave.
