Pros:

The fitness center needs more weights such as dumbbells and breakfast needs to feature egg dishes and more pastries.

Cons:

See above for dislikes so I don’t have to reenter it in correct box. I did like the location, the courteous staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Pros:

The young lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The heater fan was loud and came on and off even when I selected off. Everytime someone opened the outside door, the walls in the rattled. I could clearly hear people walking above our unit. The pool had no water

To get to hotel You WILL Drive through town! Hotel was not nearby highway.
Pros:

Property is secured within a gated area. Well lit. Roomy parking. Very well kept area

Cons:

No grassy pet areas. Just a lot of Rocks. Made it tough on pets to potty.
Receptionist was rude, snippy and treated ME like this was my first time in a hotel with pets. She gave me the impression I didn’t understand ENGLISH OR what I was signing. She could be more professional and pleasant. Less judgmental and worked with me.
She could use better training.
Thin walls. Hearing the other room banging each next to us didn’t help us SLEEP AFTER a 14 hour road trip!!! We were already exhausted from the trip and then we waited for them to finish. I did asked for a room near the back of building but front desk girl didn’t give us one as requested.
