Everything was amazing, we were given a room with an amazing view and we even watched the cattle drive from our rooms. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were great
Music was played throughout the night through a speaker on the street. This wasn't anything to do with the hotel but be aware of this, if you're a light sleeper, you may want a room away from the cattle drive

Was a bit basic. Decor needed updating. Trains sounding their horns was annoying but can’t be helped by the hotel!

Untrained staff charged me twice for my accommodation, despite advising them & providing confirmation that I had paid prior to arrival. Upon departure I was advised they had returned my funds and would be received within 7 business days. I have now returned from my holiday and am still without my funds after over 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed in this experience and it would prevent me from visiting again. Poor experience.

The staff especially the food staff was super nice and the free breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
This was the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Between the noise in the hallway and every time someone closed their room door our door would rattle. Then the train horn every hour all night long should be something we were told about . Motorcycles revving and car thumping music all hours of the night. Then the room next to us came in very drunk and started fighting. The bed would squeak every time one of us moved. The furniture was old. There was not any out let's or USB plug in near the couch. The light switches for the lights next to the bed were so high up the wall you had to stand up to turn the light on or off. The bathroom sink in the room and not in the bathroom room was very strange. Had not seen that in over 20 years. So to sum it up by the time we went home we were thankful we didn't pay full price for the room and was completely exhausted.

Location
Parking signs before the hotel are a scam to get you to park in the wrong car park. Carry-on until you get to the actual hotel, if you turn right at the sign for hotel parking it will cost you $40 a day rather than the 20 at the hotel
