Great location. Top notch staff.
Pros:

Perfect location to everything Stockyards. Easy to get into and out of. Staff was top notch. All helpful and personable.
Forgot my sound machine. Asked for one at front desk - easy to check out and return.

Cons:

Had to go ask for additional toiletries, as room Had not been serviced in over 48 hours- at.4pm in the afternoon. Even though had bwen on the floor for a bit. They were very nice and helped get resolved quickly.

Great location - however encountered unnecessary inconveniences.

Cons:

Hotel is a little out dated. Checked in, went to go park (in the back and then walked in rain to hotel), went to assigned room and used key card however was yelled at by a man in the room upon opening the door. Apparently was given a key card to a room already in use. I am a 5 ft woman and this was past 12 am, this could have ended badly especially in Texas. Another inconvenience was that the room alarm clock started blaring at 3 am. And finally when going to the free breakfast around 9 am, most of the food was gone. I have stayed here before in November 2024 after getting married and had no complaints however after this experience I do not plan to come back.

Ok but too expensive
Pros:

Close to the stockyards

Cons:

Too expensive, TV didn't work, ridiculous charge for self-parking. I had to bring my luggage up myself. No bell service. I am handicapped and it was an inconvenience
