I wasn't sure what to expect but this hotel was much nicer and grander than I thought it would be. Our 4 night stay was excellent. The lobby is very nice with high ceilings. I really enjoyed the pool after a swim in the beach and found the circle design relaxing.
I had a really relaxing stay, was able to wrap up a work deadline thanks to the great table setup in our room, and wish I stayed one or two more days. The staff is very nice especially the doorman and staff at the pool.
This is a less busy area of Nha Trang and there was no outside street noise in the room. I enjoyed waking up every morning to see the sunrise and go swimming in the beach with the locals. There is a decent pizza place right in front of the hotel that I didn't discover until later. It's better than a nearby chain with fancier seating options. They had live music outside every night. I want to come back to this hotel already!
Our stay included breakfast and it wasn't as good as I had expected especially compared to the Novotel Nha Trang but after a while I figured out which items I liked to eat. If you don't eat meat there aren't a lot of options everyday. The sweet pastries were not to my liking. The breakfast options can get a little boring but is serviceable.
The coffee made by the staff on the coffee machine was great! The staff making fresh eggs and noodle dishes was also very nice! They took feedback on the food so I hope they can keep improving as this was the weakest point of my stay.

Staff could have been more welcoming and inform us of relevant information such as breakfast times.
バイキング形式の朝食が充実しており、かつ、たまたま日本人グループツアー客が多かったこともあり、普段は頻繁に出てくる韓国風料理が少なくて助かった。
プールで過ごす時間が快適でした。
10階のラウンジからの眺めがよかった。
ホテル内のスパの営業時間が短すぎる（９時から18時まで。前回滞在時は20時までは営業していた。）
セーフティー・ボックスが小さくて、パソコンは収納できなくて困った。
部屋数の都合に応じてなのか（？）、清掃スタッフの掃除のやり方にムラがある。
チェックイン時に窓の戸締りができていなかった。部屋はプールから入れるだけに戸締りは確認しておいてもらいたい。
Остались очень довольны проживанием в отеле! Прекрасное расположение — буквально рядом с морем, что особенно приятно для отдыха. В номере чисто, уютно, всё необходимое есть, атмосфера спокойная и располагающая к отдыху.
Отдельно хочется отметить руководителя отеля — очень внимательный, доброжелательный и профессиональный человек. Видно, что он действительно заботится о комфорте гостей и следит за качеством сервиса. Благодаря такому отношению чувствуешь себя здесь действительно желанным гостем.
Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать отель друзьям.

Rooms need renovation
Sunrice hotel nhatrang is a place to call home . My home town is nhatrang , every time to come back i use to stay in Sunrice hotel for my holiday trip. Every one in this hotel so nice and friendly . Specially Mr Lam the hotel Manager . We are really appreciate your kindness . Thank you for your support an helping during our stay .
I am very disappointed this time for a customers service at a reception on the day we checking . The lady at reception not very nice to us it make my holiday a nightmare and stressful .
Enormous bed (two doubles pushed together), Nice pool area but very few were taking advantage of it!
not enough room to explain how insulting the Maitre d was who claimed we had sent the room service back twice when we actually sent two meals back once then lectured us on how a Club sandwich was supposed to be cold (we sent them back because the french fries were cold) then after suggesting we should give them another chance even used emotional blackmail threatening to sack members of staff if we complained again. In my over 50 years of travelling, I have never met worse (there were other insults but I won't go into them here but happy to if the hotel management want to contact me)!
Had a meal in the 10th floor restaurant and it seems the chef doesn't know how to cook a steak to the guests requirement as medium to well came out Rare to blue on the inside and my wife's medium came out the same. In view of the earlier threat, I forced mine down but my wife couldn't manage that and hid the steak under the salad however to our horror, the waitress took the plates behind the counter and inspected what we had left then came out asking what was wrong with it. We made excuses and left!
The hotel is very Russian oriented!
The nightlife seems to be considerably south of the hotel.
眺めが最高でした。朝食もおいしかったです。何よりもフロントのスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしかたったです。このような対応を頂き、本当に心から感謝しています。

朝日をながめながらバルコニーのお風呂に入ることができます。部屋はとてもキレイで、ウェルカムフルーツがおいてあります。受付、スタッフの感じがよく、もてなしていただきました。プールはとてもキレイで真ん中は1.8mあります。
部屋のエアコンの音が夜は少し気になる。エアコンがきくまでに時間がかる。ジムが別棟、キッズルームは小さめでした。
10階のスカイバーは、22時に終わります。
