Changed for worse
Pros:

Big room with sea view friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Stayed here last year the breakfast service has been moved from outside at front of hotel to inside the main building which is very disappointing. Beach sunbeds no longer available the free bikes need a major service and are in poor condition.

Hervorragender Service. Personal freundlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten an der Strassenfront abzugeben und eine Pizzeria draus zu machen… dafür das Frühstücksbuffet zu verkleinern und die Gäste in der Lobby zu stapeln.. um Kaffee am Tresen muss man betteln
Liegen sind um 06:30 von den russischen Gästen komplett reserviert… obwohl die erst um 10:00 uhr kommen ( das sollte komplett unterbunden werden)

Würde ich bei meinem nächsten Nha Trang Aufenthalt auf alle Fälle wieder wählen
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, natürlich hört man den Straßenlärm, aber den hört man in Nha Trang wahrscheinlich überall, aber man hört auch den ganzen Tag das Meeresrauschen 😍 Vor allem ist das Hotel, gegenüber anderen Betonklötzen, überschaubar und hat einen Grand Hotel Charme! Der Pool ist perfekt mit relativ vielen Liegen und hat relativ lange Sonne. Auch die zwei Herren beim Pool, wie das ganze Hotelpersonal, angefangen von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstücksservice sind sehr freundlich und bemüht! Die Zimmer sind groß, alle zum Strand, der nur durch die Straße getrennt ist. Meines hatte einen Whirlpool am Balkon. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, viel asiatisch, auch europäisch und eigener Eier- und Suppenstation.
Eigenen Strandbereich gibt es keinen, aber es gibt auf diesem um geringes Geld Liegen zu mieten.

Cons:

Gefallen hat mir alles, natürlich ist es nicht auf dem modernsten Stand, aber das positive wiegt das auf!

Good stay for a good price. Hotel staff need to be transparent with any inconveniences

Nice facility, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

The pool was closed to guests on one day due to a wedding that evening. No warning about the closure at check-in.
Unable to change room due to loud music until 21:00hr. Again, no prior warning of inconvenience.

24 hours in Nha Trang
Pros:

Great location on the sea front and very reasonably priced hotel. Lots of options for food and drink in local area. Excellent happy hour with attentive staff who make great cocktails. Due to the weather we didn’t get to use the pool sadly but it was very good from what we saw. Our room had a sea view with a large balcony and worth the upgrade.
Also not far from train station and staff assisted with a taxi. Wide variety of food at breakfast

아름답고 친절한 호텔

너무나 아름답고 편하고 가성비 있는 호텔이었습니다
세가족이 3개룸에 투숙했는데 다 만족했습니다
처음 체크인 할때 호텔 리무진으로 편안하게 이동했는데 여권든 가방을 공항에 두고 와서 너무 당황했을때 호텔측의 정확하고 신속한 대응으로 무사히 가방을 찾을수 있었습니다
호텔측에 다시한번 감사드립니다
조식도 만족스럽고 친절한 스탭 무엇하나 부족한점 없었습니다
호텔도 아름답고 바다가 보이는 룸으로 업그래도 했는데 잊지못할 가족여행이 됬습니다
다시 방문의사 있습니다
방음도 잘되고 더운 물도 잘 나와 탕속에서 피로를 풀수 있었어요
인테리어가 약간 오래됬다는 뎃글을 읽었는데 나는 이 호텔의 인테리어가 아름답고 품위있었습니다
