Pros:

La plage pas de parasols payant chambre très confortable le déjeuner moyen tout est froid la piscine trop de personne fume et mette la musique avec leur téléphone et enceintes donc si tout le monde fais la même chose infernal et la musique de l.hôtel nul allez voir juste boum boom

너무나 아름답고 편하고 가성비 있는 호텔이었습니다
세가족이 3개룸에 투숙했는데 다 만족했습니다
처음 체크인 할때 호텔 리무진으로 편안하게 이동했는데 여권든 가방을 공항에 두고 와서 너무 당황했을때 호텔측의 정확하고 신속한 대응으로 무사히 가방을 찾을수 있었습니다
호텔측에 다시한번 감사드립니다
조식도 만족스럽고 친절한 스탭 무엇하나 부족한점 없었습니다
호텔도 아름답고 바다가 보이는 룸으로 업그래도 했는데 잊지못할 가족여행이 됬습니다
다시 방문의사 있습니다
방음도 잘되고 더운 물도 잘 나와 탕속에서 피로를 풀수 있었어요
인테리어가 약간 오래됬다는 뎃글을 읽었는데 나는 이 호텔의 인테리어가 아름답고 품위있었습니다

Wonderful unique hotel on Trần Phú Boulevard
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in the northern part of Trần Phú street. The Sunrise Hotel is unique because of its architecture. The staff is committed to deliver great service. Breakfast was one of the highlights with many choices of Vietnamese food as well.

Cons:

The spa is currently under renovation. Hopefully it will soon be reopened.

Pros:

Hotel posiada komfortowe pokoje i bardzo dobre śniadania. Basen też jest ok.

Cons:

Jechałem z świadomością że hotel dysponuje basenem i własną plażą. Na miejscu okazało się że już własnej plaży nie ma. Przyzwoitość każe aby o tak istotnych zmianach informować klientów

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Very clean. All amenities well cared for and extremely comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was more like a full on lunch buffet with so many good options. We had a balcony with an ocean view and used the pool often. Bonus to eat breakfast in outdoor courtyard. We thought location was very good. Many eating options, shopping and spas all within a kilometer.

Cons:

Everything was great but to make it perfect would be nice if they had oat milk at breakfast. Option to order fruit smoothies at the pool rather than milk shakes.

Pros:

very clean and spacious room, however a little bit far from the touristy/night life area with night market, massages etc (15-20min walk) if you want to be in the city centre. the hotel is close to the shopping mall though if that's your goal. A lot of choice with breakfast buffet and rotating Vietnamese noodle soup daily. It was nice to bring coffee up from breakfast buffet to hotel room and enjoy the view

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything, unbelievable breakfast, the pool was perfect. The water was a little cool but completely refreshing and the best towels.
The room was excellent.

Now for the staff, which to me is probably what separates a good hotel from a great one. I’m very fortunate that I’ve traveled quite a lot. All of the staff were exceptional.
DAT at the front desk helped us resolve a visa email issue immediately , HA and NHAT were both knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with. I’m not sure of our house keeper’s name but she would sneak in and out remarkably quick leaving the room spotless. Thanks to all.

Cons:

I had to leave and couldn’t move in permanently. 😢
