Spectacular
Pros:

Truly a 5 star hotel, all of the staff went above and beyond. A lovely breakfast included in our stay and an unexpected room upgrade for our family.

Beach views every morning
Pros:

The staff at this hotel are lovely and big rooms

Cons:

Traffic on beach rd in front of hotel .. it's constant!!

Pros:

Lovely rooms, breakfast good, staff great. Fantastic pool. Definitely in the right part of town unless you want it loud.

Cons:

No spa, no private beach. You can get happy hour gin and tonic but not at the pool.

Pros:

Неплохое расположение - и в стороне и в людях.
Услужливый персонал.

Cons:

Лет 10-15 назад отель был бы на высоте, но теперь поистрепался.
Многоразовые тапочки в номере?!
Завтрак такой себе.

Цена качество точно не соответствует, лучше взять за эти деньги отель поновее!
Pros:

Понравилось только две вещи:
1. Хороший вид на море
2. Терраса с бассейном

Cons:

А теперь о минусах:
1. Отель очень старый. Реновации не было, отсюда следует куча других проблем.
2. Не очень запах из кондиционера, уставший интерьер, ковролан
3. Не работал СПА, полностью был закрыт.
4. Не работало летнее кафе, когда выезжали - его начали монтировать.
5. Не работал бар на крыше
6. Завтраки средние
7. Место для завтраков и курилка в одном месте, там играла одна и та же мелодия весь день по кругу
8. Долго ждать горячую воду
9. Самый слабый интернет среди всех отелей где мы были во Вьетнаме
10. Рядом не так много мест где можно поесть, надо идти минут 15-20.

Pros:

Veldig hyggelig personale. Fint rom, egentlig er hele hotellet veldig fint. Rent og pent og da vi bodde der i 4 uker var det mange skandinaver. Særlig nordmenn. Ellers, i Vietnam er det en stor dominanse av russere.

Was probably a 5 star hotel when it 1st opened however that was a while ago
Pros:

The room was a fantastic size and a nice view of pool and beach, very helpful and happy staff who always helped with anything asked of them. The breakfast is exceptional though more catered to western tastes though most guests are from that area so cannot find fault with that. The piano playing in the morning is a nice touch.

Cons:

The hotel itself is beautiful however its getting very dated, our room was very much in need of a upgrade room 708. The aircon has very poor output even set at 14 degree and the flooring definitely has had its day as the laminate coming apart in places.

Неплохое расположение - близко от центра и без лишней суеты. Завтраки и европейские, и вьетнамские, в общем всё солидно и вкусно.За завтраком живая музыка, что очень приятно. Персонал внимательный и отзывчивый. В общем,положительные эмоции.

Cons:

Бассейн явно не рассчитан на большое прибыаание гостей, когда море беспокойное. И ещё процентов 50 а может и 60 отдыхающих- это туристы русскоговорящие туристы ,но почти нет надписей на русском, что не удобно.

Ees geht steil abwärts mit dem Hotel bei dem aktuellen Management
Pros:

Hervorragender Service. Personal freundlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten an der Strassenfront abzugeben und eine Pizzeria draus zu machen… dafür das Frühstücksbuffet zu verkleinern und die Gäste in der Lobby zu stapeln.. um Kaffee am Tresen muss man betteln
Liegen sind um 06:30 von den russischen Gästen komplett reserviert… obwohl die erst um 10:00 uhr kommen ( das sollte komplett unterbunden werden)

Pros:

Big room with sea view friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Stayed here last year the breakfast service has been moved from outside at front of hotel to inside the main building which is very disappointing. Beach sunbeds no longer available the free bikes need a major service and are in poor condition.
