Pros:

Hotel posiada komfortowe pokoje i bardzo dobre śniadania. Basen też jest ok.

Cons:

Jechałem z świadomością że hotel dysponuje basenem i własną plażą. Na miejscu okazało się że już własnej plaży nie ma. Przyzwoitość każe aby o tak istotnych zmianach informować klientów

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Very clean. All amenities well cared for and extremely comfortable. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was more like a full on lunch buffet with so many good options. We had a balcony with an ocean view and used the pool often. Bonus to eat breakfast in outdoor courtyard. We thought location was very good. Many eating options, shopping and spas all within a kilometer.

Cons:

Everything was great but to make it perfect would be nice if they had oat milk at breakfast. Option to order fruit smoothies at the pool rather than milk shakes.

Pros:

very clean and spacious room, however a little bit far from the touristy/night life area with night market, massages etc (15-20min walk) if you want to be in the city centre. the hotel is close to the shopping mall though if that's your goal. A lot of choice with breakfast buffet and rotating Vietnamese noodle soup daily. It was nice to bring coffee up from breakfast buffet to hotel room and enjoy the view

Exceptional
Pros:

Everything, unbelievable breakfast, the pool was perfect. The water was a little cool but completely refreshing and the best towels.
The room was excellent.

Now for the staff, which to me is probably what separates a good hotel from a great one. I’m very fortunate that I’ve traveled quite a lot. All of the staff were exceptional.
DAT at the front desk helped us resolve a visa email issue immediately , HA and NHAT were both knowledgeable and always pleasant to deal with. I’m not sure of our house keeper’s name but she would sneak in and out remarkably quick leaving the room spotless. Thanks to all.

Cons:

I had to leave and couldn’t move in permanently. 😢

Good hotel in a quiet location
Pros:

Very good breakfast & friendly staff.

Cons:

On checking in we were asked to pay a $100 cash deposit which was a bit weird. No explanation as to why we were paying it & we weren’t forewarned! It’s not something I’ve ever been asked for before, I’ve had to leave my card details for drinks etc but never cash. Definitely wasn’t expecting that at a 5* hotel.

Pros:

Staying at this hotel is one of the best hotel experiences we have had and from the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were very friendly, warm and caring. The room was absolutely stunning and the view from the room was breathtaking. The beds and pillows were really good to sleep on, one of the best beds I have ever had. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The hotel was in a great location for us to explore different parts of the city, also on foot. We immediately missed the hotel as we continued our holiday. We can always come back here again!

Nice hotel, gorgeous view
Pros:

Huge room/suite with an amazing view. A little dated, but well maintained overall. Pool was great as was buffet breakfast — loved the piano playing

What a fabulous stay
Pros:

Along a busy stretch of the beach, this hotel stands out. It’s located at a more tranquil section but within easy walking distance of all the activities, shops, eateries and night life.

Easy access to the beach across the road, and particularly nice to see so many locals swimming and playing volleyball. Feels so safe, you can leave your bag unattended while you take a dip in the sea. Not overcrowded with sun lounges, like at the more touristy section further along.

Stunning views of the sea, and sunrise/sunset from your room. Beautiful elegant architecture and common areas - lounge, lobby, cafe.

Cons:

Rooms are fairly dated, some refurbishing needed. Hot water takes a long time to come through the shower. But otherwise ok.

Nagyon barátságos és segítőkész személyzet. A reggeli választék jó, a felszolgált ételek kiváló minőségűek. A kávé különösen finom!
A szálloda nagyon közel van a tengerparthoz, csak egy úton kell átmenni (bár ez nem egyszerű). A belső medence szintén kellemes. Sajnos a spa zárva volt, azt is kipróbáltuk volna.

Cons:

A kijelentkezéskor egy piszkos törölköző miatt plusz díjat kértek, egy 5*-os szállodától ez nem elegáns megoldás.

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

Very centrally located , right across from the beach . The rooms with a balcony that face the beach have a great view .

Cons:

The reception staff aren’t as friendly as other hotels we’ve stayed at but the Doorman made up for it . He was always smiling when we left and when we returned to the hotel each day. Very stingy on the toilet paper as we ran out one day. They want a cash security deposit when you arrive and that was never mentioned in the booking. They wanted $100 USD but settled for 1,000,000 VND
