Very personable helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Very red color lobby. Fantastic airport and airline themed property. Casino is connected, if you’re inclined to gamble.
Has a shuttle to the airport that starts a 6 am . But they agreed to take us to the airport at 430am.
Room was hot and stuffy. The carpark was confusing and I wouldn't really want to stay again. Breakfast is expensive.
The front desk staff was very helpful. The bar food was tasty (the restaurant was completely booked). I loved our firm bed. Good secure parking.

Easy airport access, very nice and well kept, and the staff was friendly and went the extra mile.
Airport Basel is slightly outside downtown but there is transportation and buses to get to downtown. Breakfast was good with options and Dominick from the reception was of great help. He guided us well on options.
It was nice that we could get a room for 4 people. We were just spending the night so we just needed a place to sleep. The included breakfast was great!

Parking bedroom and bathroom clean
Air conditioner in room did not work. Restuarant food was poor. Had to remind staff that our order was not delivered.
