cela ne ressemble en rien au novotel que j'ai connu il y a quelque année, mis à part le petit déj
Pros:

accueil désastreux, ( j'avais l'impression d'être dans un foyer d'étudiants) petit dej réservé sur l'appli et pas pris en compte, demande d'accès au pkg dès le mardi matin: aucune réponse.
8 mails de relance pour adhérer au programme fidélité.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable unfortunately we were caught up in the Eurostar chaos on 30th December. They had advised us to book a room but were later able to get us on a train so we didn't stay the night. The staff were extremely understanding and the room was lovely. It will be our go to for our next stay in Lille.

nice and next to eurostar making this an easy trip 20 mins walk across the bridge to the main square
Pros:

Nice big room bigger than expected.

Would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room and glasses not a paper cup.

clean and fresh the bath was lovely.
breakfast was nice.

The reception was nice the man that checked us in was nice but the lady the next day not very friendly didnt smile once but did her job.

Cons:

paper cups not glasses and a little too warm in the room but I opened the window for fresh air..

Water could have been placed in the room on arrival this could be included into the price but a nice touch,
