The hotel was ok, except for the hot water service.
Pros:

Room and amenities were fine.

Cons:

Bathroom did not have ventilation. Hot water service was not reliable. Had to take luke warm showers.

It served its purpose as a place to sleep.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

Cons:

TV remote did not work. Channels could not be changed. Only volume and on/off worked. Food from restaurant was REALLY bad. Got the feta "dip" which came to use as a congealed mass of tough cheese. Quite literally impossible to dip anything into it. Smash burger was not a proper smash burger. The meat was a pale greyish tint and tasted slightly off. Reuben was a bit weak not the flavor explosion that typically comes with a Reuben.

Personal beim Frühstück so unfreundlich, dass ich das zweite Frühstück ausgelassen habe!!!
Bett extrem weich
alte Einrichtung im Zimmer und der Teppich ist gefühlte 30 Jahre alt und macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck

Perfect stay just outside NYC
Pros:

Front desk staff were amazing. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Perfect location ten minutes away from Metro North to get us into NYC.

Good location and decent value
Pros:

Location and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was good as well.

Cons:

Needs updating. A little grungy. Also, the pool area is gross. I took my granddaughter swimming and could literally scrape the dirt off the tile on the Jacuzzi. Ironically, there was even a spelling error on one of the signs posted. The word prohibited was spelled wrong, kind of shows that there was a lack of attention to detail.
We had purchased the breakfast in advance, which I’m glad we did as the price that it would’ve cost was ridiculous for what you get for it. Cost of the room though was an appropriate value.
