Good location and decent value
Pros:

Location and the bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was good as well.

Cons:

Needs updating. A little grungy. Also, the pool area is gross. I took my granddaughter swimming and could literally scrape the dirt off the tile on the Jacuzzi. Ironically, there was even a spelling error on one of the signs posted. The word prohibited was spelled wrong, kind of shows that there was a lack of attention to detail.
We had purchased the breakfast in advance, which I’m glad we did as the price that it would’ve cost was ridiculous for what you get for it. Cost of the room though was an appropriate value.

Great, accessible and clean facility with all the essentials needed to accommodate business travelers
Pros:

Needed to stay closer to my practices during a snow storm
Staff was courteous and kind- facility was well maintained and stay operational during a blizzard

Cons:

Even though we verified availability of the hot tub before we traveled and double checked the night before, the hot tub wasn’t available and that was our main reason for choosing that hotel

Far worse than expected
Cons:

This hotel was very dirty both in the public areas and in the room. Staff were not helpful. Our keys did not work for the elevator or pool door. Staff said there was nothing they could do we just needed to try again. Staff even went so far as to lie about the pool hours of operation (which were clearly posted) to avoid assisting us.

I liked the location, and the fact that it was close to main restaurants.
Pros:

room was clean and spacious - the bathroom was a nice surprise - had a luxury bathroom hotel feel. The bed was comfortable - mattress and pillows. I had a king size bed. I have membership to this hotel chain so I liked being able to check out at 1:00 PM. The gym was nice - just used the free weights

Cons:

The sitting area is good- you should upgrade tables so they don't tilt. My family said that it was hard to get to the pool because of course everyone wanted to swim.

Don't get excited about the pool or hot tub
Pros:

What in the 1950's is that pool? Have they touched it since it was built? That's the weirdest hotel pool I've ever seen. So small, so un-flattering. I called in advance to make sure the hot tub was working and was assured it was. Got down there and - it was closed off. Towels were hard to come by, the pool room and bathroom were freezing. Just really almost an insult to an otherwise seemingly lovely place.

Breakfast is NOT INCLUDED as stated very misleading!!!
Pros:

Convenient location to drive and park at train station and take train into NYC.

Cons:

Bed not comfortable and did not sleep well. Kids running and yelling in hall way late at night when trying to rest. Bar/restaurant was not staffed well to accommodate the amount of people. Breakfast not included as stated on Booking.com and dinner was not $12.95 per night for guests as stated as well. When wanting to go in to have breakfast we were told it was $19.95 per person. That is not what it says here on booking.com.
