Good stay.
Pros:

Good hotel. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick. The common areas were clean. The room was adequate. Breakfast was free and decent. We would stay there again if we went back to the area.

Subpart 1 star stay at best. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn.
Pros:

We have stayed here twice in the last few months, both times we have had similar issues. I work from the hotel alot and the office chair is either broken or feels like its about to fall apart and feels like sitting on a rock. The first stay I requested to swap out a chair and they ignore me. This last time (March 5-8, 2026) The service was great and got a new chair but the hydraulics were busted and would sink right back down as you sat. The living room couch was uncomfortable and the suite layout was off at best.

Both times we stayed here the hot water was barely over luke warm at best and that was if you caught the shower early in morning or late at night.

Location is great and the food was decent though.

Excellent and comfortable!!
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed extra comfortable. Also I enjoyed the breakfast grits as they were excellent. I plan to stay here again.

Cons:

Check in process was a little confusing as the front desk assigned us a room but it was taken once they went to make our keys from the online system and had to reassign us a different room. It was a small issue that was quickly resolved.

Familiar, and that's nice.
Pros:

We always appreciate Hampton Inns because the ADA rooms are spacious to move around in. The amenities are familiar, and we like the included breakfast.

Cons:

For this particular stay only and because the included breakfast is one of the reasons we choose Hampton Inns....
The juice machine was out of order. We were told it had been for a few days already. During the duration of it not being operable, I think it would have been a smart decision for the manager/s to get juice boxes or large bottles so that guests could have some. To only offer coffee, tea, milk (cereal), and water, when juice is usually included, was a huge letdown.
