Excellent and comfortable!!
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed extra comfortable. Also I enjoyed the breakfast grits as they were excellent. I plan to stay here again.

Cons:

Check in process was a little confusing as the front desk assigned us a room but it was taken once they went to make our keys from the online system and had to reassign us a different room. It was a small issue that was quickly resolved.

Familiar, and that's nice.
Pros:

We always appreciate Hampton Inns because the ADA rooms are spacious to move around in. The amenities are familiar, and we like the included breakfast.

Cons:

For this particular stay only and because the included breakfast is one of the reasons we choose Hampton Inns....
The juice machine was out of order. We were told it had been for a few days already. During the duration of it not being operable, I think it would have been a smart decision for the manager/s to get juice boxes or large bottles so that guests could have some. To only offer coffee, tea, milk (cereal), and water, when juice is usually included, was a huge letdown.

I enjoyed my stay. We usually stay at the hotel at Cahaba Valley road and it is always good too.

I have been to many Hampton Inn & Suites over the years, but would not choose this one again.
Pros:

The hot food was not very good, except for the waffles, which were very good.

Cons:

Requested and got a handicap room, but could not use the shower because it was in a tub which I could not get into. The receptionist said it was a handicap shower because they had installed a bar to help get into the tub.

Nice room excellent service. Will come again.

Cons:

Broken juice machine at breakfast so nothing to drink but coffee. There should be some other options in place when equipment fails. Should have some other juice available.
