Still had a lovely family time, regardless of the flaws of the hotel.
Pros:

Location and gardens are beautiful, well kept, clean and tidy. We booked family rooms which were large, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel lacked character, looking tired and desperately needs updating, especially the bathrooms. Sadly our evening meal, was really disappointing and should have been perfect given the limited choice. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of hot and cold food.

The location is quiet and very natural! Everything is surrounded by nature and animals! Is all worth it!
Pros:

The location is a story teller place ! Is wonderful, beautiful and appealing!
We lived our stay at the cabine with private jacuzzi

Cons:

They didn’t had a place to play for kids !

Staff were hardworking and very friendly
Longley farm yoghurts at breakfast. Been a family favourite for years and to see a full tray made us smile!

Lovely small hotel
Pros:

Most of everything , lovely gardens, great stuff, able to have dogs,

Cons:

Lack of getting prefer choice of beds- 2 double requiref but got all bedroom 2 beds n i booked 2 double n 1 twin . Menu should be more variety, bit too small jacuzzi but we were do busy with our family meeting so we did not use it anyway

Food was good. All staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Room was clean but tired looking. Peelin3,g paint in built in wardrobe resulting in being on clothes..Pillows were uncomfortable. Basin plug did not fit bathroom sinkhole. Shower door on bath did not fit bath resulting in flooding on floor. Shower head was in poor.condition.

Amazing staff, great breakfast and lovely location
Pros:

One of the best thing was the location and staff. They were friendly accomodating and also helped us with our dog and child

Cons:

Everything was good, not much of a complain but the bathrooms in the upper floor were not as modern as the family room one and the shower was super fast. When we were there the jacuzzi dint work for almost a day or two

Großes Zimmer, beste Dusche auf unserer Rundreise, netter Garten und Pool.

Cons:

Keine Aufzüge waren eine Herausforderung für unser Gepäck. Hilfe wurde keine angeboten.
Das Frühstück war okay, hätte besser sortiert sein können. Das Restaurant hatte eher Speisesaal Atmosphäre. Direkt am Fenster gab es aber einen netten Blick in den Garten.
Die Lage war wirklich in the middle of nowhere. Dafür ruhig, allerdings die Zimmer etwas hellhörig.
