Má higiene da casa de banho e apesar de ter cozinha, não há fogão para cozinhar (embora na descrição deixam claro que não disponibilizam).
The property had everything we needed for our short stay, the room was fairly modern and clean with all the required necessities. We had to check in via the hotel around the corner where the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal in the sense that it was close to the Christmas markets, lake Geneva and the bus station however the neighbourhood was a little bit rowdy of an evening time with some questionable characters about although we never had any trouble it was more we would have disturbances late at night from street noise. Overall our stay was was fair value for money.
The property itself was absolutely fine but the neighbourhood could feel a little unsafe/ intimidating at times.
The whole vibe and decor of the apartment was spot on. It was very compact but everything you need is there. The kitchen is well set up and facilities modern and easy to use. It made for the perfect spot for a long weekend in Alicante. Thank you to Hector for the special touch for a birthday occasion. Would stay again. Location is excellent. Muchas gracias!

The location was really good. We visited Annacy and Chamonix. The bus stop for both of these places were very nearby. The bus for airport (A2) was also only 5 mins walk away. So location and space wise it was good.
There were only two issues. The bathroom did not have any lock and it was not mentioned in the description. When we asked from the reception, they said it was an old building, it did not have any lock. It has a lock and key system. And apparently they did not have any key. So, it was a bit weird. I think they should have mentioned it in the description.
Another one was, we stayed for 4 nights, but there was no room cleaning service. When we asked they said it was not included. I understand if it was not included, but they could keep a vacuum cleaner or at least a broom in the room. We could have cleaned the room ourselves. When taking a shower, the floor gets wet and there was nothing to dry the floor with. There was nothing to sweep the floor with. So, these are the two things I did not like.

Nella stanza era incluso un angolo cottura che non abbiamo trovato: la cucina consiste in un lavello, un forno a microonde e un frigo.
Nel bagno il lavandino è veramente molto piccolo, ideale forse solo per bambini.
L’hotel si trova sulla strada principale del quartiere a luci rosse di ginevra, motivo per il quale la notte è molto movimentata e rumorosa, tanto che è difficile prendere sonno perché da dentro si sente tutto.

Doors were smashing very hard which was annoying. Area doesn’t seem to be great, there were “night workers” essentially at our doorstep
The apartment was well located - easy access to restaurants, supermarkets. A few minutes away from the lake.
The service was attentive to details.
Easy check-in, easy check-out.
The room is very basic. Just the needed.
I had a problem with the fridge, the reception of the hotel sent someone very fast to fix it.
I was also suggested to leave my luggage at the reception before the check-in.
