Ótima localização!
Pros:

Ótima localização, tudo limpo, ótimo espaço. Fácil Check in e checkout.
Tarde da noite é um pouco estranho, mas com as janelas fechadas não tive problemas.
Perto da estação de trem e ônibus.
Obs. O fogão na cozinha faz falta, mas o microondas ajuda bastante.

emplacement dans genève, propreté, espace des pièces suffisant, fonctionnel, confortable (literie), espace kitchenette est un plus agréable.

Cons:

Question kitchenette un plus serait un torchon, un couteau qui coupe mieux, des plaques plutôt qu'un micro-onde; sinon décaler celui ci vers la gauche à la place de la bouilloire pour avoir un espace de travail plus grand à gauche de l'évier plutôt. Un égouttoir mini et pliable au dessus de l'évier serait un plus.

Quiet room, safe entrance with double filter, completely renovated apartment used as a hotel, helpful staff at the reception at check-in made in another building, close to the bus and train stations, well equipped

Cons:

Situated right in the centre of the city, but on a street where there is a bar, prostitution and who knows what else, police was right there at short distance well aware, but this is not the hotel's fault

The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Geneva station and very close to the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself was in very good condition, well-maintained, clean, and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. All utilities worked perfectly, including a reliable internet connection, and the building has an elevator which was very practical. The staff were helpful, although it is important to note that check-in is first done at Novotel before accessing the apartment. Overall, a great choice for both location and comfort.

Cons:

There was no stove available for cooking or boiling, and the eating appliances were limited. At night, especially on weekends, it can get noisy from people outside, which may disturb light sleepers.

Cons:

Die Erwartungen von einem "Studio" wurden nicht erfüllt. Wenn eine Küche angeboten wird, müsste zumindest eine Herdplatte und 2 Stühle zum essen vorhanden sein - dies war nicht der Fall.

Pros:

Basic supplies in the room, TV, microwave and cutlery.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was poor, felt hot all night. Outdoors was very noisy to keep window open. Poor sleep quality.
