Pros:

The bedrooms were great, the bed comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was very nice and spoke slowly (I speak a little of Spanish only) and were helpful. The bathroom was fully equipped and provided towels and shower supplies such as soap and shampoo. For breakfast there was a good variety of food and drinks and the space was quite cozy.

Cons:

The location is not the best if you don't have a car, but I was there for a concert that was 10 minutes away, so it worked. One thing I wanted to mention is that, despite each room having two beds, there was only one blanket.

Estancia con amigas
Cons:

No sabíamos que el Hotel se encontraba dentro del recinto de Mercamadrid, y al principio nos costó llegar porque no sabíamos cómo entrar. Esta información no está muy clara cuando haces la reserva ni llega ninguna información al respecto.

Veilig hotel met fijne rustige kamers
Pros:

De veilige ligging gezien alleen mensen die op bij de verschillende groothandels en bijnier hotel werken of logeren het terrein op mogen. Aangezien wij de auto vol hadden met bagage, konden we er alles inlaten.

Cons:

Het feit dat het personeel ´s morgens drukker was met twee groepen die vanaf 7:15 mochten komen ontbijten en niet door had dat ze ook nog gasten hadden die op het reguliere tijdstip, 7:00h wilden ontbijten. We werden nogal onvriendelijk erop gewezen dat we de ontbijt zaal nog niet in mochten, pas toen wij opmerkten dat we met inchecken door hadden gekregen dat we vanaf 7 uur konden ontbijten, werden we gevraagd of we bij een van de twee groepen hoorde. Niet dus!
