The staff was friendly enough
The room was disgusting, there was food and hair all over floor which was also sticky.
Employees were helpful. Convenient location to event we traveled for.
VERY dated facility. Breakfast was just so-so compared to other places we’ve stayed. Not much selection. Pool was locked and had to ask if we wanted to swim.

Staff charged me for a “missing blanket” that the staff was missing after I left. Also charged for marker my grandchild got on the blanket when coloring. Was told it was unusable. They never even tried to wash it…Have stayed before but will never again. There was no blanket missing and it washable marker…absurd! Breakfast is awful too!

They didn’t have enough umbrellas around the pool like before. They didn’t clean the pool as often as before either.

The bathroom was not feasible. The shower head was disgusting and I hate that we had no choice because it was 2am and we had our entire family (little children plus senior citizen).
Location was good. Bed was ok.
The parking lot in back had 2 lanes with a small gulley in the center. I parked there. After removing my belongings from car the suitcase and my cat rolled down into the gulley. Turned to try and catch it and did a face plant on the pavement. Extensive road rash and both eyes were swollen and bruised. The 3 people that helped me were better than staff. It was not a comfortable stay.

Ac didnt work
Filter was clogged solid. Very dirty had to remove filter in order for ac to work on a 90 degree day. They charged me 100 for incidentals that wasn t explained why. This place will rip you off!
Cleanliness
Location was great, bed was comfy and the room was a good size.
Breakfast was adequate. Limited choices for healthy eaters. Elevator was quite far from check-in.
Staff were friendly, clean rooms comfortable bed. Hats off to Brandi she was very helpful had problem with TV and she immediately came to room and fixed it. Made you feel welcome
We stayed here because we had a late game at the Ripken Stadium and several hours in-between games. The hotel did not disappoint. The stay was not bad and price was reasonable. We had the suit which was bigger than I expected! The bed was OK but smaller than a Queen in my opinion. We had the double queen beds with couch.
