Very average, didn’t feel friendly at all, bad vibe. Barely saw anyone the whole time we were there.

Sterile, run down, unfriendly staff. Police were detaining someone in the foyer one day when we walked into the hotel. Sirens running all night, hotel is under a freeway overpass. Old carpet, broken lamp, musty smell.

Pros:

Great price. Large room. Great location for access to city and Darling Harbour. Not as much traffic noise as expected.

Cons:

No TV reception. Because room was at basement level, curtains not opened as pedestrians would be looking straight in.

If its location you want you have it here.
Pros:

Location fabulous! Very close to Barangaroo, walking distance to the Rocks n circular quay. Train station literally down stairs.
The accom itself very basic. It was clean and it served its purpose. Priced well for what and where it is. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would I stay again...maybe not, but then again, maybe I would 😊

On the pics on the web the outside looks well maintained and painted but in reality it's dirty n needs a good clean up. Our balcony was also very dirty and also needed a good clean. Guessing because it's under a bridge no one uses their balcony, but I did 😆]

Our hotel was very central and close to what we needed. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Pros:

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly team member at reception. Our booking was acknowledged and we were handed the key to our room and directed to the lift. Upon dropping our bags off we returned to reception and asked for nearby eateries. Your receptionist handed us a map and marked where we needed to go. So helpful. We left and went to nearly restaurant and later returned to have a well earned sleep.

Cons:

Everything that we experienced was great. So no complaints.

It was dissapointing, and made us decide that we would never return to this property.
Pros:

Location is convenient, it isi near trains and shops, room was well set out, bed was comfortable

Cons:

The airconditioner had not been upgraded when the room had been, it was old, and even on 25 degrees it was not even warm. The proximitiy to the street we were kept awake the 4 nights with outside noise, could even hear the people talking as they went past. The television allowed for only 3 main channells, have never paid that amount per night to not be able to access on line Sky News or others. It was the worst 4 nights we have had, and we have stayed at your place over the years even before renovations and enjoyed it, we will not be coming back.

It felt a bit weird being in a room largely below street level - seeing people’s legs go by. Probably just not used to it I guess. The room was a bit dim.

Great location and very comfortable.
Pros:

The unit was well set up for a 3-4 night stay. It was comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent close to Barangaroo, Circular Quay and Wynyard.

Cons:

The freezer needed defrosting.

Pros:

It is in walking distance to so many things my daughter and I done. Shopping is close as are Restaurants, Trains, Buses, Ferries and Boats. so easy for us to out and about around Sydney. Our room was spacious, and I was able to cook and wash up. beds we pretty comfortable as well. it was great to use their Laundry as well.

Cons:

a lot of water is wasted, waiting for the Hot water to come. That's my only complaint
