We enjoyed our stay but lounge furniture needs updating

Location was great, the rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable

The dining table and chairs were rickety and unsafe to sit on, and the couch was extremely low.

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and it was so easy to check in after hours. Location was great and hotel was easy to find.

Cons:

Room wasn't as clean as it could have been but wasn't dirty enough for me to ask for it to be cleaned again. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Shower pressure was very poor.

Very nice staff and room.
Pros:

Room was upgraded for free. Very nice and roomy. Wi-Fi was down, but they worked on getting us access to their office Wi-Fi which worked. Liked the kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Traffic noise pretty bad but we expected that in this location. Couldn't get wash cloths, which I guess is customary in many countries. Paying for extra towels was a bit excessive.

Great Apartmenr but no WiFi
Pros:

Apartment and location were perfect

Cons:

The WiFi was down our entire stay so we spent a lot of money buying more eSIM data as we’re from abroad and no compensation was offered

The room was very nice and big with a kitchenette. The only thing is we couldn’t open the window blinds because it is right next to the street.

I loved the location, close to ferry and train. Staff is very welcome and despite situated straight under the bridge it wasn't noisy to disrupt my sleep.
