Great value. We loved the kitchen option to make our own breakfast.

Convenient location to restaurants, groceries and water boats.

Cons:

No one was there when we arrived at night. Instructions for key access was difficult. Another guest helped us but we couldn’t close the key save. She called to get us access to our keys because we have no cellular phone option in AUSTRALIA

very good apart from the 3 things mentioned.
Pros:

We had an upgrade from studio to a 1-bedroom and were allowed in a bit early too, so both were much appreciated by us.

Excellent bathroom and beaut comfortable bed.

Cons:

the cooktop did not work,
A bed lamp had a dead bulb in it.
There was no coffee table.

Overall stay was pleasant buy with a bit of unpleasant experience.
Pros:

Close to Wynard Train station and Barangaroo

Cons:

There was a person that had already occupied our room 312. His original allocated was 313. This is a major security breach where a traveler who has been assigned Room 313 had access to Room 312 with the key he had. He was asking us to stay in 313 as he had already unpacked.
We had to request him to move back to his allocated room .
